Just bought new tires and an oil change. Rude when we dropped the SUV off. Almost encouraging us not to leave it. “It’s going to take several hours”.When we picked it up, very rude. Said very little and not even a thank you, nothing then I had to ask for my key. Once I got to my SUV it was parked outside unlocked. Not ok. Terrible and rude!!!I cant even give them a 1 star but I could post without a ratingServices: Tires

I have a Land Rover specifically an LR2 I told the lady on the phone exactly that because I needed an oil change. They said it wouldn't be a problem, They'd get it all figured out when I got there. When I actually arrived they said "oh wait we don't have the filters for an LR2". If you want the people over the phone to know how to do their job when you call them, don't expect that to happen.

Lack luster customer service. I just needed a tire plugged, and the sales associates were not prepared. There was no one at the cashier's desk to help assist me with anything. And the auto technicians, we're very condescending. If you don't like your job, don't work there, especially when it requires you to have good customer service skills.

JokeThey told me that they had 8 tires in stock and to be there at 7:00 in the morning. Got there at 7:00 and they only had 3 tires in stock.1 star is too much.

I came here because I apparently drove over nails on my passenger side two days ago and the next morning my tire was completely flat. I used a little pump to get my tire to a drivable level and took this in. I told them I had a flat tire and suspected nails in my passenger side and to check all the other tires as well. Two hours later they tell me it's finished and they found two nails in the passenger front and rear tires and patched them up. Right after I went on a two hour drive for a trip and when I got into town my low tire pressure light was on again. My PR tire was down to 18 PSI (should be thirty) and my PF tire was lower 20s after they had filled all my tires to 30 three hours before. This morning my tires were once again flat and not drivable until I used my little pump. I went to another Walmart auto center in town explaining this morning and after two hours they said they couldn't find anything wrong and the cold weather must have caused the change in PSI (11 pounds??? Impossible) I have put air in my tires 5 times in the past 28 hours and called to make an appointment at this location for tomorrow half an hour before close only to discover the techs have left early for the day. Completely unacceptable and will never return here again.

There needs to be a negative star rating system on here!I had a nail in my tire and I figured I’d call Walmart auto care service! See if they can get me in quickly for a quick simple repair!I called them and they would not! Answer the phone, after a period of time I got punted to customer services, the lady didn’t seem very happy to answer the phone?, told her I need to talk to auto care so she put me through to them, again no one answered so I got redirected back to customer service and the lady again was agitated that she was having to do her job and answer the phone! And said “look all I can do is page them AMD put you back through to them”, and put me back through to them again, again they didn’t answer and this happened 2 more times before she said,” well obviously they don’t want to answer the phone, I can’t help you “, and proceeded to hang up.After eating over 35 mins of my time, I called another place and I got in and out of that place in 10 minutes. Walmart customer service was 100% unacceptable, complete garbage.

Went to get a battery wasn't able to go in thru the service entrance said it was closed so I went around to the front of the store and went to automotive department and bought my battery cause they wasn't closed like the sign said! Little more work but got it done.

Horribly understaffed, didn't answer the phone so I drove there and waited 10 minutes. Noone offered to help me.

They are liars they literally are lazy and never want to do anything when it comes to your vehicle. I came to get one tire on and it took so long I could’ve gotten an oil change but they said it would take 3 hours but someone who pulled up after me got there’s done and out. Worst location ever.

Today I have learned that I can't get services from any Walmart auto I have being profile they didn't have a reason when i went Shawnee 65th as per them they don't know. The manager at Walmart Frontage rd Overland Park have made that possible when I was there last month he hardly talked to me I took a flat tire for repair that i had bought there less than two months old I was not trying to buy misunderstanding what i wanted leads to being convince for new. when i asked for the tire first they brought a worn out tire and later with doubt i was given another after complaining what next you profile no service all those after dropping the tire waiting time given 3hrs.

A short lady with glasses literally told me to come back two hours later after waiting in line in the cold for a tire change. She said they are doing all the oil changes first and it will take them a long time to get to my car which was fourth in line. She wouldn't even afford me the opportunity to leave my car with them as everyone was doing. She just told me to come back at 9 when another employee shows up. Which will make me have to wait longer for assistance with more people in front of me. I just left cause that was ridiculous. Whoever was doing the desk on this day of 12/31 should never do the front desk again. She literally lost business for walmart just by trying to avoid harder work. I never had anyone prior to today just push away my business like her, I was always given no problem leaving my car to be serviced. Especially being that I really needed my tires changed.
