The last two times I have done grocery pickup it has been a disaster. The first time my order was sent to a different store because "the app is acting crazy" and this time I have been here in the spot for thirty minutes and watched everyone get their groceries but me. Over thirty minutes! No one has any idea what is going on or how to bring a bag of groceries out. I have no words.

If it wasn't for one manager who actually cared about customer service and took the time to help his customers, the store would get a zero if that was possible. My son is 12 years old or will be on the day after Christmas, and I always try to get him something extra special for that reason. This year all my son asked for was a gaming laptop. I went online for this location and they said that they had it in stock and that I could pick it up later that day so I purchased it. When I went to pick it up they told me the item was unavailable. As you can imagine, I was very upset, because this was all he asked for. It looked like I wasn't going to be getting it, because the only options they gave me was to cancel the item and wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back, which Christmas would already be over, or I could wait to have it shipped to me and delivered on the 27th. Two days after Christmas would be when it would arrive. I go into the store in tears and ask to talk to a manager. Ian came up front to try and assist me. Not only did he look at other stores to try to get me the laptop that I asked for, but he also told me that he was going to go back and check to make sure that they didn't have it. Well what do you know, they did have it, and it wasn't even in the back!! It was literally in the electronics cage behind the counter!! Electronics must have not checked their inventory before they told me the item was unavailable. If it wasn't for Ian my son would not have gotten his Christmas present and our Christmas would have truly been ruined! So here's to you Ian! Thank you for caring about my situation and helping me out!! You truly saved our Christmas You are awesome! Merry Christmas

Called to ask about preorders, was transferred to THREE different people, with the third person I talked to hanging up on me when they couldn't answer a simple question. Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not call this store if you want any useful information.

Ordered a card online for 1-hour processing. I got the confirmation e-mail that my order was ready. I drove to the store only for no one to be working in photo (I was there at 6:15pm...it closes at 8:00pm).

Okay so why are they making everyone squeeze into one entrance at a time when we are supposed to spread out as much as possible? Makes no sense at all, almost like they just want to add more drama to this covid mess. I am done shopping here. I am buying all my food from Aldi and non food items on Amazon.

It's Walmart. Cashiers are usually good but any thing else I have to track down staff to ask for help. Sometimes trying to find someone to help in sporting goods is next to impossible. But when they have staff there they always know what to do I.e. buying hunting license and stuff.

They have messed up my pickup order time and time again. Helped people who came after mee because that person was nasty. Most recently they canceled $1000 order 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. Didn't postpone it...canceled the entire order. When I called I couldNt speak to a manager, got the rudest people on the phone in the pickup area and as the operator. I was basically told too bad! Will NEVER be back! Enough is enough.

I ordered online to pickup at the kiosk to save some time. First, I received an email that my order was delayed and never received anything telling me the remaining items would be available for pick up. I had a little time after work today, so I decided to stop in and take a look around. While looking, I found all of the items in my order. I asked the person at the door for help and she directed me to the kiosk, when there was no one there.

Literally, DO NOT GO TO THE AUTO CENTER FOR TIRES. They are the worst, will be thieves and not listen to any special instructions. Basic things they will not listen too, they do not care about the customers. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.
