The blatant disregard this store and management has in relation to one of their beloved greeters goes against the Americans with Disabilities Act! A new “rule” corporate implemented however the store needs to do better!

Give your greeter his chair back, it's appauling you would take the old man's chair away from him. At least he comes to work still when most now a days won't get off their lazy butts. If I could rate you zero stars for your inconsiderate policies I would. Corporate needs to reevaluate themselves.

I am really upset at this location, these customer services ladies who are there today 08/02/24 discriminated my parents, they have a valid documentation issued and they said they couldn’t take her ID to buy a $600 money order. I looked at their website and it says that if you buy a $1000+ they are required to ask for a government issued ID. They told her it had to be from KS or any other state but not their document that she provided. I search and their documentation is a Valid government ID. Quote “It is recognized by many financial institutions, federal, state, and local authorities, as well as businesses, hospitals, telephone and utility companies, and video stores.”

This Walmart is usually not too busy but I go there to look at the hot wheel cars. They NEVER restock them and the one time they actually did restock I was met with this sight... what a shame

If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would. As I’m leaving the store the courtesy greater stopped me with my receipt. Wouldn’t let me leave the store and tried to grab my cart and my arm while I’m holding my two year old daughter in my arms. I went through self check out and used their “wand” tool to scan some of my larger items. The wand was defective and didn’t pick up the barcode on a case of soda. I was treated this way all because of one item didn’t scan correctly. But instead of talking to me nicely and trying to come up with a solution their employee put her hands on me. I will never return to this Walmart again! Such unprofessional behavior.
