The manager called me on Wednesday to meet with her at 1:00 on Friday. I arrived on time, checked in at the front, sat around for ten minutes, and eventually one of the loan officers walked over and asked me what I needed. I told him my situation. She had not left him any notes on what she had planned on discussing.
I left at 1:15.
This is the only Google review I've ever written. How can a *manager* initiate an appointment and then no-show on the customer?
Now they're not even picking up the phone. I've called three times.

There are 6 people in line and 2 have already walked out. They have 2 tellers and NO ONE is moving. Absolutely ridiculous. There is a lady behind the counter “assisting” the 2 other tellers and she COULD open another line. Either get more people to work (have 6 teller stations) or work at a faster speed.

Very nice bank and the company has amazing customer service but this location always has a line and only 2 out of 6 tellers working. Takes a lot to time to wait and they don’t seem to have any motivation to work fast. Unfortunately I always have to come on my lunch break so it’s always a hassle. Don’t come if you are in a rush if you got time to spend then it’s a alright place.

Edit: Good news, Ally has 4% APY on savings accounts. It was really easy to open an account and transfer funds. Done with WF.

This location always long line and taking forever
Even I make appointments I still have to wait over than 30 minutes. Need to approve service

Absolutely hate going to this bank.
When there is a long line, the tellers will hold lengthy conversations with customers, and rarely does this bank have sufficient amount of tellers to handle the volume of customers.

Nayelly Gonzales... assisted me very attentively and professionally with some claims where I had already lost... 3 years ago I lost $300... due to the negligence of a Wells Fargo employee... but Nayely Gonzales... assisted me and helped me... Now I have recovered a %15...confidence that I kept below %0...we are going to leave the card dusty...and in the dark...we are going to only spend $100 bills...and we will continue working in cash...until we regain trust in WF...%100...people like Nayelly Gonzales...need wells fargo...professionals and attentive people to do their job...because they have many... ..employees...who only tell you do it online...and that is sending you into battle. When employees can help you... thank you wells fargo for your services and thank you Nayelly Gonzales for your help... I give 2 stars to wells fargo for her services and 10 stars to Nayely Gonzales... for her dedication and effort. ...I hope you become the manager of many branches of W.F..that they recognize your work and double your salary...I think that many clients can trust and continue in W.F...if they are qualified like you Nayelly Gonzales...them attend...I will continue working in cash and giving it my all...then we will see Wells Fargo again...let's pause for a moment...life does not end here, life continues and we have to continue fighting and enjoying. Not from w.f.'s debit card... but from the real bills hahaha... how beautiful they are adorable...

If I could give a zero I would! Horrible customer service. Seems to be the theme no matter which WF you go to but this one… it takes the cake! Bank manager was horrible! Instead of helping a customer he had to stand around and take recycle out and then starting to count money that had NO impact on business as it was. NO ONE was waiting/ needing that money counted and he wouldn’t even stop to take care of customer.. then had an attitude toward me cause his company didn’t do something which cause me to even come in to this place. Bank elsewhere!!! If he is too busy doing tasks then have someone else here that can help customers!

The customer service is very good, excellent staff and very friendly, but I use the ATM a lot and in this branch it is most of the time out of service.

I want to share my first experience with this branch which was really great. Angelica Olivas, one of the banker who assisted me with opening a new accounts and the way she explained all the details and benefits were very helpful.
