Do not do business with this company. Jack Gaughan took zero accountability when my policy was canceled and I was never notified. Then I had a claim weeks later to find out the fact to my surprise. “Yah, I drop the ball on that, um um um I’m sorry” is all you’ll get, no accountability. Then they’ll try to sell you a new policy. Dishonest and terrible customer service. Situation has costed me over $10,000 out of pocket. They will give you the absolute run around before taking accountability.
