Really nice public library in Smith center Kansas. When you go in there's a large lobby area and to the right is a set of ramps that take you down to the basement. The basement is where all the city offices are. The library is fairly large and has a really neat building on the outside.

Smith Center Library is a small and cozy place to rest your feet and enjoy a good read. The staff is friendly and know their business.
