Went into the store to grab a couple things. Got up to the front. Sign says ring bell. Cool. I understand they're always understaffed.
Ring once. Wait a few minutes, nobody shows up. Ring a 2nd time, nobody shows up. After waiting for over 5 minutes, left the stuff on the counter and drove the couple blocks to Family Dollar.
In 3 years of going there, 1st time its happened. It is what it is, I guess.

Look here, it’s a dollar general you get what you get, but as far as I know they don’t put gummy candy next to the gummy sensory toys for children to consume. Anyway 1/10 go check it out. Never been inside, outside looks pretty jank but that is ok.

Apparently they close when they feel the need, like 9:30 versus 10 pm. If it's slow, they should unpack the boxes that are blocking almost every aisle! The main guy just stands at the register but prefers you use the self checkout register.

This place is always cluttered the workers are completely rude and don't know how to talk to customers or small children I tell you what the pink haired lady is lucky that I'm only writing a simple Google review and not taking things higher the way she talked to my kids were completely unprofessional and uncalled for

Nothing is stocked ! You can’t walk down the isles because of all the carts blocking the isles! They will close half way through the day! They got a remodel and you can’t even tell!

I have given up going to this Dollar General. I now drive the 6 miles and go to the location in Hilsdale. I got tired of everything be out, and not being able to even go up and down the aisles. Like other reviewers have pointed out, the store always seems to be in the middle of stocking.If you want a good Dollar General experience drive down to Hilsdale.

You never know when they're going to be open and the cashiers are never very polite. Last time I was here they overcharged me for an item and then told me they could only give me the amount back on a gift card after I paid in cash. Tell me how that works out?

This location seems to constantly be a total mess and understaffed. Shelves are a mess. Inventory is stacked in sealed boxes all over the store. Employee is rarely at register. Today the cashier was wandering around looking for a manager so they could take a restroom break & said they never found the manager.I prefer to shop local for incidentals although the conditions here are causing us to consider alternatives.

I walked through the door as I have for the better part of 10 years. I have been a loyal customer and usually never have issues. As I was walking in the store the lady behind the counter gave me a very disgusting look. I just brushed it off and continued to get what I needed. As I was checking out she was very awkward and silent. Staring at my tattoos and definitely profiling me as some kind of criminal. I felt pretty uncomfortable and kept my conversation with her to a minimum. After checking out and finalizing my order. She told me the next time I come in I need to make sure I leave my backpack at the door. I wear a backpack everywhere I go(including the dollar general). It’s like my man purse. I wear a lot of basket shorts and athletic clothing that doesn’t have pockets. So she definitely made it clear that she thought I was a thief. I’m 33 and Married with 3 kids. I do look young for my age..so maybe she thought I was younger than I am because I was wearing a mask..but…I don’t think I’ve felt that disrespected since I’ve lived in Spring Hill. Me and my Wife have spent tons of money in that store. When I got to my vehicle and explained to my wife what had happened. She talked me out of not going back in there and causing the scene that I wanted to. Which is definitely a good thing. Because I was so upset. I probably would of said some pretty harsh and cruel things to the extremely overweight, rude, low life bum they had behind the counter.
