“My brother and I have been customers of Famers since 2017 when he purchased his first home . Not only was the rates reasonable but the customer service with Kayla Mora was outstanding. Over the years, if I call her she is always willing to help and if I need anything or any type of documentation she takes care it before the end of business. If she's not available at the time, whoever answers the phone always is willing to help which I really appreciate the consistency in the office. Recently, Kayla reached out and asked if my 66 year old brother needed assistance reviewing his insurance for 2026. I already had someone looking at my brother's medicical benefits but I just didn't feel comfortable with her responses like she was so unsure. When Kayla called my brother and asked do we need any help he told her, call my sister because we do need help.!! Kayla connected me with Meli and she was so knowledgeable and made reviewing my brother Medicare benefits easy peasy. She was nice enough to ask if anyone else that I could think of that maybe need to review the benefits and I told her my 82 year old Uncle and my 85 year old Mom. And Meli did just that, she helped them both to get on the right medical insurance going into 2026. Kayla and Meli are both rock stars and helped me out tremendously and I didn't have to worry about all the stress to try to make sure they are on the correct Medicare benefits. I appreciate everyone that makes up this Farmer's insurance office more then they will ever know!!”
