Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Adrian was awesome, going above and beyond in his customer service. If not management, he should be. There are a lot of options for automotive parts and services near Spring Hill (Olathe, Gardner, Paola), but customer service like this will keep me shopping THIS store and THIS location.
