  I had the bakery make me a cake to celebrate my daughter being in veterinary practice for a year. Picked a color theme asked for some kind of dog. This is what I got. So beautiful, such detail, above and beyond! Thank you so much to this talented cake decorator!

  This is my third time purchasing something expired from this price chopper. The first time it was salad dressing then yum yum sauce. It is May 2025 and not one associate has done outdates on the baking section since November 2024. I know because that’s when my frosting expired. Disgusting. I don’t even want the refund. I won’t be returning. Time to sell to Cosentino’s guys!! This is unacceptable!

  I am a frequent shopper at this location. I came in this evening to pick up a few things. One of those things was andouille sausage by Johnsonville. I went to the location they are usually at and saw that the entire Johnsonvillle sausage area was freshly stocked. It looked like they just filled the area up with new inventory(it was literally falling out the fridge on me) but where the andouille sausage was supposed to be..it was Smoked sausage instead. Full to the back of the fridge...so I went and asked for help thinking maybe it was stocked in the wrong place. Some kid at a registered with no customer. I asked him. He looked back at another young employee who was pretty busy at the customer service register and asked her for help...Then asked if another lady was there still and she said she left. So I just sat there with no help. I eventually just laid everything down and left. Customer service was atrocious. There was zero effort in getting me help.
  
  You would think with how high your prices are compared to your competitors that you would have enough money to hire competent help.

  The bakery decorator, Brandy, saved my daughter’s 16th birthday party by helping us after another bakery botched the cake I ordered. I had to call around and find someone else to make the cake, same day!! Brandy answered and said she could get the job done. The cake she made came out beautifully! An 8 inch double, decorated with strawberry filling and 12 decorated cupcakes for under $40…the design was spot on…and it tasted fantastic…you can’t get a better option anywhere else!
  For reference in the pictures, I added our own red bows and cherries to the cake brandy made us. I’m also including the other cake to represent how much better Brandy’s design was!

  Rachel did an amazing job, making me a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, and she absolutely killed it! Was ready when I got there, and couldn’t ask for a better experience! Highly recommended!

  It's a small store but it is clean and well stocked! Staff is superb. Always smiling faces. Has a pharmacy and the staff is super helpful.

  Jay Indy and Polly are really helpful. All the cashiers are great actually. Produce is fresh. But place does have a bad smell for some reason.

  Such nostalgia with this location. Been coming here for DECADES. Love the home town vibe of this Price Chopper. Lots of my friends have worked here as well and I’ve never heard any complaints. Staff are helpful and they update the building to keep it modern too. Never had any complaints with this Price Chopper. Love this place.

  THIS GROCERY STORE IS THEE BEST FOR ALL OF YOUR NEEDS!
  From the food, pharmacy, flowers, toiletries AND MORE! The selection is here, and puts others to shame!
  The quality of the produce and the variety/unique selection of almost anything you could possibly need/want can be found here, as opposed to driving 15 minutes+ to hope to find it elsewhere and you're supporting local!!!
  The cheese variety!, top choice select meats, pet needs, adult beverages, candy selection, outdoor/camping needs, to the top of the line in salon hair care and facial needs!
  They have the selection and variety that you want AND the people that work here are THE KINDEST, most helpful you will meet! This store and its people are the best and will not disappoint!

  With the exception of one rude/nasty “customer service” person (dark-haired, heavyset, middle-aged ‘Karen’), all other interactions w employees have been positive, pleasant, and helpful. The grocery selection is adequate for a small store & prices seem in line with other grocery stores. Convenient for us but definitely not the only place we shop.

  The bakery did a wonderful job on my Mother’s Day cake for my mom & mother in-law. Not only did the cakes turn out beautiful but they tasted delicious as well!
  
  Also I want to mention that the baker who helped me when placing the order was so kind and attentive when I showed her Pinterest pictures of what I was wanting. She did an excellent job! I highly recommend!

  Long time customer of this price chopper in Spring Hill. My experience at the deli was absolutely terrible this morning. At 10:35 am I came in to get a refill on my meds and decided to get some food at the deli. I noticed breakfast still in the food case. Asked the person behind the counter if breakfast was still available? She replied yeah but we are changing over to lunch. Her attitude was very unprofessional. I told her I didn’t know the choices. She reluctantly found a list of breakfast items and rudely handed me the list. As I looked it over for my choices someone else came out and removed all the breakfast food! I decided at that point I’m done! No more Spring Hill price chopper.
