Excellent experience moving in after making a reservation and purchasing online. I received my contract immediately and within 5 minutes I was pulling through the gate. Large RV's can be maneuvered easily in the well-kept covered storage facility, which indeed has plenty of space. Additional benefits include free dump station access, free air, and close-by power outlets for the bays. Great desirable features for departing and returning after travel.

Last weekend we had our Battery stolen , cables cut from the battery and the case broken into on our 2023 dutchman travel trailer. They increased our monthly charge for additional security. And they call it secure storage. We of coursed called and reported it. No call back or additional information provided. Additionally, they broke open our storage doors and stolen our trailer hitch. So 712.00 dollars later. I’m so disappointed and we have 2 slots we pay monthly for. Super frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully they will reach out to us for some type of resolution.

This is a beautiful facility with awful customer service. I have only had two encounters with management and Im not sure which one was worse. Last summer the camper next to me hit my camper while backing in. Although damage was minimal campers and camper repairs are very expensive. I called the office and asked if they could help me with video just to help prove what was already obvious as paint from my camper was on the corner of my neighbors camper. I was told it would "take to long" to go through hours of video to get me a clip of it. I asked her " doesnt you security gate log in code tell you the last time they entered the gate? To this she replied " I dont have time to just sift through video for you" Conversation got worse from there. Here is a recap of my second encounter.Jason: Hey how are you todayemployee : fineJason: oh thats good ( crickets )employee: whats up? you called me.The rest of the convo is irrelevant. Nothing says thanks for your biz like " you called me "

Great place to store trailers and vehicles. Easy to work with owners and they now have their dump station up and running. Air is also available on site. I store my personal trailer and scouts store 2 trailers here as well. Easy in/out and lots of room to maneuver and back in unlike most lots that squish you in and half of them I could not even get the trailer into or had to ask someone to move to get out. Very happy and have been here 18mo now.

New construction, large covered parking, clean, plenty of space to back-in my 36' RV. You get a unique code to enter the facility. Quality storage place!

Very nicely built and maintained facility. Myself and a family member both store our pull-behind campers here and are very pleased.Most important factor when choosing storage for us is to make sure our campers are in covered storage, so no ice/thaw/ice/thaw cycles to ruin the roofs on our recreational "investments."
