Expect terrible communication or better yet, take a pass on these guys.
Joe told me they'd get the work done the week of July 7th. After leaving my car with them on the Thursday prior and being told I'd get a call Monday, I finally had to drive back down there the following Thursday to see what was happening - they hadn't even moved the car. I called at least once per day, had to leave a VM all but once and never received a call back. The one time Jennifer answered, she seemed annoyed that I was calling for a 2nd time that day - 4hrs after I left a message - and told me she'd call me 15 minutes later. I never did hear from her.

I couldn’t possibly give them anything but a 5 star review, I would give them more if I could. I’ve dealt with this company twice now, once as an out of pocket, once via insurance, both fantastic experiences. The first time I used them I paid out of pocket and they were the best price of all the quotes I received, and the fastest quoted turnaround. They were fantastic to deal with, and delivered on their promises to the penny and to the day. The second time was a bigger job through insurance, and again they didn’t disappoint in any way. When I picked my truck up it looked incredible, down to the tires being shined.

Beyond awesome to work with. My new 2025 Ram was scratched by the Rhino bedliner company when they were attempting to remove the tape. Almost looked like Rhino used a wire brush on the paint.
I was referred to Shoemaker by my neighbor.
Shoemaker’s was super flexible about getting me in and did a great job on it and I can’t even notice where the scratches are. On top of doing a great job, they didn’t even charge me (even though Rhino was going to pay for it).
Great people and highly recommend to anyone!

Earlier in the summer I bottomed out on my jet ski. I did quite a bit of damage, like a 6ft x 1ft gash. I heard great things about Shoemaker Collision so I brought it in to have a look. The price was very fair for the amount of damage I had on there. When I got the jet ski back, it was like new| I couldn't believe it, it was like it was never there. I could see my face in the hull where the damage was :). Really want to thank Shoemaker for fixing my jet ski at a very fair price. Can't wait to take the jet ski out next spring!

Best service experience I have ever had!
From the time I stopped in to get a quote on a side mirror that we needed to replace, to picking up our vehicle after the work was completed... Sam went out of his way to ensure he would take care of me. And he went above and beyond!
Though it was a small job, Sam's communication was amazing! We received a fair price, updates on estimated completion, and they even finished before we expected.
Sam walked out with me to my car as I left and after I paid, to ensure I was happy with everything. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Sam and Shoemaker.
We will be referring anyone we know that may need car repairs to Shoemaker. Great experience from start to finish!

They are simply the best at what they do, and also absolutely the best people to work with. They have done multiple jobs for my family, and I couldn't recommend them anymore highly. While maybe not as convenient for those living closer into KC, it is worth the drive to Springhill!

Went to take care of a headlight, but every time we went back to get the truck back, something about a new part was either damaged or flawed. The crew needs to do more quality control when they receive parts.
