Great friendly staff and prompt professional service. We've been using them for years and we don't even live in Spring Hill. The facility is very quaint and easy to get to and we have never had any issues going there.

My family and I have been bringing my animals here for over 30 years. Today, I missed an appointment and called within a few minutes of the appt time to let them know that I wasn't just late, but needed to reschedule. I was promptly told that to reschedule they will require a deposit. That it is a new policy......as a long time customer whom has spent thousands of dollars here this is an insult.
Human lives are more important, and human Doctors don't charge for rescheduling or missing an appt.. Human Dr's get paid way more and lose way more for a missed appt. Make sense of that. This vet wants you to pay them without giving your pets any treatment at all.
This new policy is a money grab that just turns off customers like me.
Unless the policy is changed back, I won't recommend this Vet, nor will I return.
You might find me protesting on random days after work. Yeah, I am that upset.

The staff there are very sweet and kind. We recently lost our fur baby, and they sent a heartfelt sympathy card. They had been treating our little guy for congestive heart failure, and I'm sure that added a few more months to his life.

My dog was recently diagnosed with acute kidney failure and pancreatitis. Dr. Hanson was so good to Penny. It's great when a vet holds your pets face in their hands and treats them with the love that you would treat them with yourself. Dr. Whitmon took over her care and kept her over night for fluids. He was so helpful when it came to discussing blood work and her symptoms and how to continue care. The girls at the front desk are the best, as well! I have been going to Spring Hill Vet for over 10 years and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you for taking good care of my girl!
