Tiffany is the best, I have been getting my nails done for years now and I had just moved near Spring Hill and decided to give them a try and have been going consistently for about 8 months and will not go anywhere else! They are all so talented and do a great job!

Paid $30 for pedicure, which was reasonable but then was charged an extra $20 for the gel polish I mistakenly picked.

Super disappointed in my first experience here. I will say I do have short natural nails that can be hard to work with at times but they have NEVER been this bad. Customer service was great, no complaints about that but unfortunately this set of nails is just not okay. The nails should NOT be slanted at an angle like this and they should all be at least somewhat even.

Love it here and hope to return. It is definitely not a walk in appointment place. I’ve tried to walk in before and was rudely told no. This time I called early in the day and was able to make an appointment for early evening. I was hoping for earlier but I guess they must’ve been busy. I asked for the pedicure that was not the basic one and made it sound like there was going to be more of a lower leg/foot massage than there was so that was a bummer. Other than that it was a great vibe for the Christmas season and the Christmas music was great! I will return and hope for the same experience but more of a lower leg massage.

The manicurist was very distracted. He was watching something on his phone with ear buds in the whole time he was doing my nails. So, even tho I showed him a pic of what I wanted, they turned out terrible! There are bubbles under the clear gel and he didn't cover where the plastic tip is glued on. I had to point out to him several times that he'd filed it crooked which clearly made him mad! He was irritated if he had to stop watching whatever it was he was so engrossed in to make my nails straight. It infuriates me that I paid so much for what I got.

I had been looking for another nail tech after having the same one for 7 years...and I'm so thankful I took a chance and went to Tip Top. Tiff is absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted and asked me how I liked them throughout my entire appointment. She's so sweet as well and had great conversation. I've already been back for a fill and will continue coming here! Thanks again Tiff!!!

I am appalled at this business. I was in and out within 45 min. I was expecting relaxing time with my daughter but it was the opposite. Not only did they rush my nails but they rushed through my daughters while holding her hand down. And when I called saying I wanted French tips they said that was fine but when I got there they said they didn’t have time. Then to top it all off they charged me for a full adult for my 3 year old daughter. I WILL NOT be going back. I’m disgusted.
