Dropped in while in KC for work. Great atmosphere, great people, and great workout! Worth the drive from downtown. Will definitely come back!

I have gone to Goat House for months now and I have loved the experience that I have gotten and I never feel left out I recommend Goat House CrossFit.

Just started going to Goat House recently. My teenage daughter is also going to classes and enjoying the challenge. Great place for beginners and veterans. Sydney is great with instructions on scaling and techniques. If you are a beginner or have never done it, don't let CrossFit be intimidating, just try it out!
