When I was in a group home and my group home mom stole from me, the bank refused to give me any money back because I as a group home kid/foster kid was forced to give my group home mom my bank information. That she then drained. And because I “gave her” my information they refused to help me. They don’t care about kids that are their customers, or customers in general. I couldn’t imagine denying to help a foster kid that was robbed by their own group home mom. It’s honestly one of the worst things you could do.

I've been banking with Centera since 1998. They have never let me down.

Customer service could use some work. If you’re not wealthy, they treat you as inferior. Make no mistake though, there are some great people who work there too.
