Every time we come here to get ice cream the young lady has some excuse why she doesn’t want to do her job. It’s too hard to scoop or it’s too frozen. Even when someone else is in here we wait forever for someone to help us. We literally only come here for the ice cream but the service is so bad it would be easier to drive 30 more miles and go to the one in Garden. Not to mention the place is dirty.

The store seems a bit grimy. Not much to it. An employee used the restroom when I was there and walked out without washing hands. Looked like she was cleaning right afterwards, but…. Ew

Me and my wife and her son stopped by on our way from Garden City just to get some ice cream (as they have a Baskin Robbin’s logo on the sign) and thought it would be a nice experience, that thought of a nice experience quickly turned into a nightmare when we showed up to the ice cream counter. We waited for a few minutes and no one came even though we saw three workers just walking around the gas station like idiots. Finally a very pissed off girl came from the kitchen area and attended us and in a very frustrated voice asked us what we wanted. My wife told her what ice cream she wanted and then she asked what else do you want, I still did not know what flavors where which and nicely asked her about the blue flavor, to which she answered me in a smart manner “The flavors are on the glass” but some flavors had names without the ingredient's so I said “okay what does the blue one taste like though?” She didn’t answer me and very violently lifted the ice-cream glass lid and dipped a little spoon into there for me to test out the flavor but she did it with such hate that even my wife picked up on her behavior and energy towards us and said “we’re just here to get some ice cream, you don’t have to get mad.” And you could tell the girls adrenaline started to rush because her voice got shaky and she said “I’m not mad, I’m not mad.” Which was a complete lie because she tried to justify her behavior with an excuse by saying “I’ve been here since 1 o’clock”. Well it was 7:30 which means she had only been there for 6.5 hours and probably had many breaks in between. So she’s angry that she has to work more than a 6 hour shift when the average person works 8-10 hours a day and she used that as an excuse to treat us like garbage. You could tell she was extremely embarrassed and still angry at this point and when she checked us out her metalhead looking coworker who was also there walking around the store like a moron when we were waiting for someone to attend us at the beginning was beside her and as we were leaving she told him “Oh and apparently I’m mad.” We just left we didn’t want to keep calling her out on her behavior and didn’t want to deal with this demon. Be careful with this girl, she has deep issues and doesn’t know how to treat people especially paying customers.

I've been coming in every day around prime food hours (3-5pm) ad there is NEVER any hot food available. OK cool so I'll grab a cold sandwich from the cooler..... nothing, pretty much encouraging you to go to Subway, which I refuse to eat. Is it really that difficult to fill a hotcase with hot deli items, like fried burritos, corn dogs, etc etc??? I feel like this place is losing tons of money (and quality) by not doing this. TRUCKERS ARE HUNGRY!!

A beautiful soul is a slice of heaven. I mentioned this to the person at the counter in this convenience store. Marooned here for the day in dense fog, no windshield wipers on this vehicle. The store attendant could have been miserable to me, instead just a beautiful smile, you're fine she said. A beautiful soul is a slice of heaven. Thank you. Disciple James

Only thing good about this truck stop is probably gas prices (sometimes, and when kickback is working) drink availability, and subway. Breakfast sandwiches are small and expensive for size. Chicken unless it’s fresh is cold, hard, and not worth it. Dupree brown truck stop in Ulysses gives you what you pay for! Fuel up, get a drink and a snack but if you want food get subway or go else where. Parking is ehh but if it’s raining forget it. Trucks get stuck with all the potholes

If this is the one in Guymon,,,, it is a great place to stop had some fresh cooked items. The cashiers were top knotch. Very pleasant and knowledgeable
