Mama C's has the most tender filet mignon, and round steaks for steak fingers. We also like the chicken Cor Don Bleu.

It is a great place to stop and get fresh meat and sausage on the way back from kansas to tulsa. It's like a rest stop for us.

This is a great market I have a lot of choices and their meat counter is awesome. You haven't ate their sandwiches or their burgers you have to try owned by a great bunch of people. Oh and don't forget you can buy Hobbs seasonings here.

Wonderful store! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the pricing is decent. They also have a very nice assortment of goods. Going here was an absolute treat. A hidden treasure in Thayer!

If you're looking for great meat, bundles, reasonable prices and friendly faces, MaMa C's Grocery in tiny Thayer, KS is the place to go. We travel regularly between Independence and Chanute and always take the opportunity to stop in a get our fresh meat. I love stopping at MaMa C's for the meat and the great atmosphere in a unique store setting.

Good hometown Grocery store. We got a meat bundle. They cut the meat ,weighed, and packaged what ever you want in front of you. I like that no surprises. Then we had our lunch they cook also. Fresh food. Good place.
