“Secure mini storage did a great job, in fact nearly all the truck rental places are great. When corporate gets in the mix it all goes to hell! Why would you wait until the last minute to deny a customer if they have an outstanding bill and then charge so much to right the situation? Also if the storage place wears the uhaul badge it should be connected to Uhaul all together. I ended up paying nearly $1200 dollars to rent a truck for a 222 mile trip. That is outrageous! I DO NOT SEE myself using Uhaul for storage or transport any time soon or ever again. More Uhaul places should be like U-haul neighborhood storage, he did a great job, and understood that life happens and sometimes you have to deal with it then and there. Great job and my dog liked him too.”
