Used to be a really great company before they got bought out. This new company obviously has no interest in doing anything in a timely manner.

Hood made over a $2600.00 mistake on my return. Also, it took persistent calling to get my return completed by April 15. I will not be using them again!!!!!

Took 4 weeks for them to file my tax return. Thumbs down.
