Had a great experience with Midwest installing carpet, hardwood, and tile. They have competitve pricing and excellent service. We had several different crews from Midwest install all the various flooring, all of whom showed up on time and were very respectful to us and our home.

Product was installed in my new build. Warranty work was done to fix a slightly shifted floor board, but while there, Jeremy Smith also replaced boards that were showing significant wear (after not even 2 years). Jeremy and his partner were great! Very professional and respectful. Quickly did the work and job looks great! Took their card and wrote his name down to have him come back for future flooring needs!

Midwest Carpet Center performed a miracle in our house. We bought a house where the previous homeowner did all the work himself and unfortunately it was not very professional. Our basement had carpet/tile combination, and the tile was not aligned, which gave an impression that all the walls were crooked. So when we decided to install luxury vinyl planks, we were concerned that it would emphasize the walls' misalignment. Robert came over, measured everything, and realized that the walls were not as crooked as they looked. There was some misalignment, but it was minor. Robert recommended going with wider planks, which would help disguise the minor misalignment. He was absolutely right.His installation team is very professional and does the highest quality work. And they are very friendly people as well ?The pricing is fair as well. We got a quote from NFM, and the quote was very similar. We decided to go with Robert because he also did the hardwood flooring upstairs, and we knew we could trust him to work with our misaligned walls because of how much he and his team care about quality.The front office, Molly, is also top notch and stays on top of all the scheduling and material ordering.Thank you so much!Support this family business!
