ken is the best !! i came in earlier with car troubles and ken immediately knew what to check out and helped me get the correct battery and installed it for me. there were a few odd things she found, and she helped fix it back up and secured my battery. 10/10 service, i’ll definitely be back next time i need help!

It's mostly younger workers at my location, but they are just as knowledgeable and helpful as any other O'Reilly I've been to over the last 30 years. They actually provide some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in the automotive industry.
