About 50% of the time my family eats here we all get very upset stomachs. It would also be nice to take advantage of the BOGO offers online but can’t because they turn online ordering off when they have them and the offers are only online. Went in tonight and asked if they could do it in store and they said no. They had no orders. No customers. It was 8:00 pm and they didn’t close until 10. Why offer the specials if the staff can’t handle them? Much much busier locations have no problem offering the online deals with the same amount of staff. I tried take out but they wouldn’t let me so zero stars there, didn’t get anything because they wouldn’t let me order, did spend any amount per person because we couldn’t, can’t recommend anything because we couldn’t order

I asked for no tomatoes and no cucumbers and extra mayo, and they delivered. Perfectly. Great ambiance as well.

I am disgusted. I went in and waited for 20 mins just to be asked what I wanted to order because there were 3 online orders ahead of the people ordering in front of me in the store. It was hot, dirty, and flies were everywhere. Flies were getting all over the sandwiches and the workers were not even trying to shew them away from the sandwiches. I decided to throw away my sandwich because I’m afraid I will get food poisoning over how hot the place was and with the perishable items sitting there. If anyone had gotten food poisoning please let me know what ingredients you got on your sandwich. Thanks. Do not come here expecting a good sandwich.

Stood in line to order. Jessica removing bread out of the oven, stopped to help the girl at the register, helped an online order, and then took online orders started making them. Never looked at us, no, I'll be right with you...Do better. Lost a sale today that would have hung in there with a simple greeting.

Will never eat here again. Staff behind counter were both very rude. I never saw them change gloves or wash hands after clearly, touching their face and handling money.

Placed online order. Veggie sub only allowed one cheese selection. Called store, requested all cheeses and they denied request. Told me I had to make another order. Asked to place that other order. Told me they were too busy to take order. I asked what their name was. They hung up. Had my daughter call back to make sure they cancelled my order because my app said that I picked it up. They said yes. Two to three days to see the money back.My daughter asked their name and their managers name and they hung up on is a second time. For fifteen minutes oir drive all the way to that store they just wouldn't answer their phone. Completely ignoring us all together. We get there and there's at least three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Lobby empty and no customers there eating. I took a video of the rude and disrespectful person running the show. Guy with the pink hair. Very snappy. Seemed.to be a controlling individual. I asked why he did what he did. Hang up on customers and then ignore them completely all together. He then stayed I was rude and disrespectful. He and I both know I wasn't but I'm sure the other people only know what he's stating aloud. So after i questioned him and he claims to have cancelled my order that my app says I picked up I then requested to place an order. I was told no and that they reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. I know this is true so i just turn and walk away. Through our entire conversation he refused to tell me his name or his managers name. This was absolutely the worst customer Service i have ever come across at any Subway. The way they were all just openly hanging out, the way pink hair lied and said i was rude and disrespectful over the phone, the way pink hair lied and said he was too busy to take my order he said i had to place to get a sub how I wanted and worst of all how he continuously hung up on me and my daughter and then completely ignoring the phone all together. This person does not belong as a lead or dealing with customers on a professional level

They need to hire NEW STAFF!! This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just seen a video from a couple days ago. The individual with the pink hair needs to be retrained or FIRED. All 3 employees refusing service, refusing to give a supervisor name etc. I hope they keep laughing when corporate sees the video also. This place SUCKS
