The owner was very helpful but not honest. He sold me an Intel i3 12th gen CPU for 195.00 which was 95.00 over the current retail price. I could have bought an i5 12th gen for 200.00. He insisted it was a great deal but Walmart and Best Buy both have the i3 for 90.00. Integrity is lost on this owner. He's greedy and cannot be trusted.

Took wife's computer here to get the charging port repaired. To order the report and put it in was about a week. Family owned, great service and reasonably priced. We recommend this place!

The people are very courteous and, while small, the store is clean. Like most repair places, neat is very hard to maintain during work hours. Only a three star as I was dropping off my computer for diagnosis. Will revise once I receive my computer after it's repair.

Dropped in to get some help testing hardware. Was immediately greeted when I entered, got all my questions answered and didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I will definitely be back.

They were able to get my computer in and start working in it right away. Once it was determined that the hard drive was bad they set up a new hard drive and put everything back from the old hard drive that they could. I’m so thankful for all of their help. They were very nice and helpful during this experience.

I called on April 13th with a rather simple question, I got a “no, I don’t.” followed by a click. Whoever answered the phone hung up on me, instead of attempting to answer follow up questions.

I brought in my computer because it was continuously disconnecting and reconnecting from the internet. I suspected that the motherboard would need replaced, so I took it to Ace based on the strong reviews here. They told me it would take a couple days to get around to it, which is fine. Here's what followed:1 - They call me back 2 days later to tell me that one of the fans need replaced and the video card driver is out of date. I asked "But the rest of the computer is working fine and it connects consistently to the internet now?" and they said "yes, we thoroughly test everything we send out."2 - I came back the next day and paid them $150 for the work they did, just happy that I'd have back my computer again and it would work correctly. (I'll even forgive the fact that both the voicemail they left me and their posted hours said that they open at 8am and nobody arrived until about 8:25)3 - I got home and it was having the same internet problem. The lights on the Ethernet port in the back would be on for a while, and then shut off completely, over and over and over. So I called them up and told them this was still happening. He said "Well it worked here. Who's your internet provider? You should call them and see if there's a problem with that." I said "I don't think it's that because I have other devices with a steady internet connection. Are you sure you really tested the internet connection for a good long while?" - "Yes, we tested it, it worked fine here, it must be Cox."4 - So I call cox, they said everything was fine, as expected, so at this point I'm frustrated with Ace, so I called up my buddy who worked in IT. He recommended a USB to Ethernet adapter which I was able to get at Best Buy for 19.99 and that fixed my problem completely. No idea why I paid Ace $150 to not fix my problem. Lesson learned I suppose.
