Receptionists are friendly and make you feel welcome. Bon is the absolute best! She is sweet, gentle, and meticulous with her work. I am never displeased when i go see her. 10/10 recommend to a friend! If you love beautiful, flawless lashes that last, see Bon. You will not regret it! ❤️

I had my lashes done on Friday the 21st of December by Bon. Thinking I was in good hands and so eager for this being my first time getting what was supposed to be professionally done eye lash extension. I had glitter lashes added and two different colors, with a full mega volume lashes. My eyelashes were all stuck together and falling out. It starting hurting so bad I couldn’t help but try and brush or clean them to try and soothe the discomfort the lashes from being glued together from my natural lashes and the ones she added. I called and tried to get help and was informed they shouldn’t be clumped and they would charge me to take them off and then an additional $120 to reapply them. I wanted a refund after having to go pay $80 last night to have them professionally removed because my face and eye became swollen and irritated. I didn’t want my eyelashes damaged anymore then they had been from them falling out and pulling out my natural eyelashes. I talked with the owner today and explained I just wanted a refund I’m not comfortable coming back after how much damage has been done. He also then tried to say I went somewhere to get my eye lashes done like that in all respect who would go somewhere to go pay to have their eyelashes all glued together and then be at risk for infection, damage etc. I am baffled that he told me I had to go somewhere else to had them all glued together. I am writhing this review because the owner thinks it’s okay how I’ve been treated and has always done business like this dirty and unprofessionally. But from living here before in this community I don’t want any other people to go through the pain and discomfort I have not to mention the anxiety it’s causing me. I feel absolutely let down and upset my eyes are still hurting from all the natural lashes that have been pulled out and the way I was so embarrassed I had to go to another salon and at first they thought someone with just some kind of certificate if that did them with no training or real experience and education. I will highly recommend looking for another professional place this is far from how I do business. I pray this finds those looking for a lash specialist not to come here and get hurt. I’ve spent about $270 so far. Just to have my natural lashes and eyelids damaged. Posh beauty bar is recommended!!! I will repost when my new set is done ☑️. Because I am a real and decent person ?

when i got in the customer service was great. i went in for my first time for a lash lift and tint and the process was very relaxing. however, when i was done it did not look anything like i expected. my lashes were not lifted at all, they were super clumpy, and i had glue and dye all over my eyelids. would not really recommend

They do amazing work, and they do amplify your appearance. The lash glue doesn't quite work for my lifestyle.

Prices are extremely over priced you can literally go anywhere else in Topeka to get cheaper better lashes. My last time going was in January 2023, come to find out they have been charging my card $119.99 every other month since then, when I asked to get my card taken off file. When I tried to call them to talk about this, they did not answer ANY of my calls. I called multiple times through out the day. Extremely upset and don't recommend this place to anyone. Now I will have to go in physically to change this since they will not answer the phone.

I got a brow wax and tint today and will never being going back. It looks like she didn’t wax anything and they were so uneven. The tint is also squared at the end of my brows. Not impressed at all!Service: Waxing
