“The Market at Macvicar is such a fun place to shop—there are so many vendors and tons of unique vintage and thrift finds to look through. The vendors are constantly refreshing their booths and new merchandise comes in daily! The crew there is friendly and happy to help you find whatever treasures you’re looking for! The cherry on top is Karl the cat, who might greet you while you browse! There are a lot of vintage shops out there, but this one is awesome and definitely a must-stop if you’re in Topeka!”
“My wife and I went here for their October fest event. They had a good selection of booths ranging from people that do custom board games and wood working to people that collect on selections of snacks. The highlight was the freeze dried pickles for me.
Additionally, that had the typically things you would find like antiques, collectibles, and books. All around, it was a good time.”

The reason I knocked a star off was the amount of Ai slop I saw promoted everywhere. Banners, flyers, artwork...all Ai. To me, that is SO DISAPPOINTING to see in a vintage/antique space. Also not a fan of the temu/sheik resellers that popped up every 5th booth ?”

“My sister always orders flowers from Steve...and we were both thrilled to learn he is still making his gorgeous arrangements! So she sent Mom flowers today at the hospital, and I showed up in time to deliver them..the ladies at the desk were complimenting them, I also got stopped in the hall by a young lady who asked to take a picture! And I let them know University Flowers is still available! Steve is no cookie cutter florist! He is very unique in his designs and his vases are always so cool!! And blue roses?! Oh my they are so beautiful! Thank you so much Steve!!!”
