“I've never rented from these owners, but we live right next door to them. Just have to share kudos.
We moved here in July of 2024. During December, we had over 14inches of snow. The owners had someone out on Day 3 plowing the lot so their tenants could leave if they absolutely had to. Not a single apartment complex was doing that!
They have the lawn cut on schedule so tenants can walk their dogs without itchy ankles.
They've also returned my two dogs to me twice from getting out of the fence. When they didnt have to!
