They advertise they do emergency care but yet refuse to see me after they did my permanent crown and I have been in pain for a week and half. They proceed to tell me that can’t see me for 2.5 weeks!!! I am near tears & my pain is excruciating and they seriously tell me sorry. They did this to me and refused to fix it. Do not go to them. Horrible how they treat their patients after they do something wrong.

I cancelled an appointment, and called to instruct Aspen to refund the amount that was charged to my FSA account. Nine days, later, no refund, and my FSA provider wants me to pay the money back. Come on, Aspen, you are losing a customer here.

I never had a bad experience until I went to dental office. This place didn't make me feel welcome. I have major infection in my jaw they told me they send prescription antibiotics and didn't do it. Obviously they don't care about there patients at all. But they sure want your money . I recommend someone else before I would go..

Scam artists here! Looking at my new x-rays, the dentist at Aspen told me I had several decayed teeth which he would crown. I went back to my regular dentist two weeks later. She took x-rays and said the shadows on my x-rays were not decay.Avoid these corporate dental practices! Dentists at them have a number of dollars they are supposed to bring in each day. They don't truly care about the patients.

After first xray and hygiene check and dentist check, went to financial. System was down. She said she would call. Never did. I call the next week and system still down. Next week I call and they would call back, said whomever I talked didn't work there., next call was told Brian woud call, that was almost 1 and a half weeks ago. Don't believe I will be going back and will just deal with missing teeth. ?

I called and set up an appointment and someone called from a blocked number to confirm the appointment. I missed the call due to working and I took off of work for the appointment and approximately 45 minutes before the appointment they called and told me it needed to be rescheduled. What a waste of time dealing with them

The staff was friendly, but the way they do business is not. I went in for a free consult, i had a broken tooth. They told me I need 6 crowns and 6 fillings. For $10,000. I told them my care credit limit was 7,000, so they asked for my card to see if they could get the limit increased. They helped with that. At the end they provided a paper with the treatment plan. I wanted a second opinion so I went to another dentist. The second dentist said I needed 2 crowns and a few fillings. This is a big difference in recommendations and cost. I decided not to use aspen dental, and cancelled my appointment 3 days in advance. Later that week I looked at my care credit and they already charged me $10,000 during that free consult. They never mentioned that they were charging my card and the paper that I have at home does not say I was committed to their service or that they charged my card. I called and left them a message over a week ago and no one returned my call. I called my cc company to file a dispute. Unfortunately I couldn't use my care credit at the new dentist to fix my broken tooth because my card has reached its Max with their fraudulent charge. and that cost me alot of money out of pocket! This is very unprofessional and frustrating. I want the charge reversed immediately. I have never in my life been asked to pay for dental or doctor services upfront. Especially for multiple future visits upfront! And to have them do it without even asking?! Or providing me with a document that shows they charged me! Do not go to this business!

My appointment for implants began in Manhattan Ks, nice friendly staff. My appointment was moved to another day and then ultimately moved to the Topeka location. I did advise them I planned on going on an upcoming trip so I guess the Topeka office could get me in sooner. Needless to say I didn’t go on a trip because I had no idea what I was in for with the pain and swelling, 7 days later my face is still dead in some areas and swollen. The dentist was very professional and advised that I get 4 implants on lower(paid on the spot) as opposed to two in the event I elected other than snap in because at this point it was cost saving while he was in the process. I appreciated that because I certainly don’t want to do this again!! To watch that robot drill holes in your mouth is freaking nuts !! However, never in my life have I ever been to the dentist and felt such little pain, until after! I was pleased. It’s a clear difference between the two offices in the steps of the final procedures until it’s finished so I’ll have to inquire and fanagle my way thru that but I have no complaints about my experience at aspen in Topeka !! Oh other than these acrylic dentures are a No! They make me gag! Help! I can’t do this 3 months !! Also I see now I can’t have nothing covering my palate if at all possible !! More money I assume … oh and the phones are always down .. somebody call me! … the dentist was GREAT!!

I would like to express a great amount of gratitude for the staff at Aspen Dental. I arrived this morning for an emergency visit. I have always dealt with dental anxiety and because it was an emergency there was no time for my normal dental prep. The staff and Dr Marina were extremely professional and patient. No dental procedure is enjoyable for me but without the professionalism of staff it could have been much worse! Thank you to all staff at Aspen dental!!

I'm going to be getting I'm going to be getting implants. The financial manager save me aot of money. The dentist was very professional and helpful in my decision to get the implants. It was the best option for me. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental needs . Everyone is so nice and helpful.Thank you Aspen Dental for making my experience a pleasant.

I had called several places to get an appointment before I reached Aspen Dental, one place wanted me to wait 8 months for a new appointment. Aspen Dental got my son and I in during spring break. The day I went in I needed 2 crowns and 2 cleanings(it had been years since I saw a doctor). They scheduled me in that same day for my first cleaning and to fill my cavity and fit me with 2 temporary crowns. They have been very kind and listened to my concerns. They worked with me to finance the work being done. They even set me up with a very nice electric tooth brush and water pick. Love how my teeth are being cared for.

Poor quality. Not sure if dental assistants are qualified. Lack organization and quality of service. Waste of time. Don't spend your money when you can find a better choice of dental needs.

I went here last year for full dentures/implants, and at the time I couldn't afford the price quoted as the insurance I had only paid a max 1500 per year. So I decided to switch to another insurance that has no max and flat fees on most everything else. Now, when I went in last year I was told I needed to have all my teeth pulled etc and that the price started at 22,000, with the discounts they offered at the time it knocked the price down considerably. Well this year I go in, I didn't have to really be seen as it wasn't quite a year since my last appt, so as I sat and waited to talk to Brian the office manager, the owner of the place came and wanted to look in my mouth and he told me that I wouldn't have to have all my teeth pulled that we could save some at the bottom. So I finally go back to talk with Brian who told me it would be 24 hours to run the insurance because it was fedvip. So I waited 2 whole days called back and was told that everything was ready by the young lady who answered the phone that she and Brian would call me back at 130 after lunch, the call never came, so I called back at 4 and was told that they are still waiting on the insurance, and I asked why I was told I was getting a call back a 130, and she wasn't very pleasant, so I waited and called back again another 2 days later and finally get Brian on the phone who tells me my out of pocket would be 20,000, and then he asks if I wanted to make an appointment?????? FOR WHAT???? these ppl were rude, I was never offered any sort of financing or payment options, or discounts of any kind and when I asked this so called manager why is the price so drastically different from this year to last year and they were going to leave some teeth at the bottom, he gonna have the nerve to say, well 5 or 6 teeth ain't gonna make much of a difference. I will tell everyone that will listen not to go here, and now I have to start this whole process over again. To the owner, DO BETTER! I suggest some team building and communication training for your office.

I had the best experience EVER!!! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was super nice. The sweet young lady that did my X-ray.. thank you for being patient with me. The Dr. listened to me. He educated me on what was going on and what I needed. The hygienist was super gentle. My fear of going to the dentist has been cured.They are my new best friends. LolThank you again.

The staff and the dentist were incredible! Never had such an effort to make great fitting dentures. Can't wait to pick them up in a couple days. I really hope they fit. Only complaint is the price. My insurance pays $1,000 and I had to take a loan for the remainder. Better be worth it since these could be my last set.
