I struggle with this frequently when I am at my home and connected to the Wi-Fi. All of my calls fail. They do not go through, no rings or nothing immediate call fail. I experienced this at quite a few places here in Topeka and I’m not sure why. I have the unlimited plan so that I have unlimited access to the Internet, phone calls and text messages, I am quite tired of Not being able to make phone calls in my own home.

5 days ago we visited this location Brayan Nunez told us the new z flip 6 has a free promotion so we agreed.when he proceed it in the system he said it's not for free he went to check with the location manager twice the manager didn't want to honor the mistake or correct it so we didn't accept his misleading offer and left the store. We lost the service for 5 days now because he did activate a phone we didn't buy and all family are canceling the service. Bad business. Bad service. Bad customer service, we still don't have service.

I bought 2 new watches in June 2024 and cancelled 2 old watches. AT&T did not cancel watches. Multiple times I called the store and went into store while no one could help me from August to present. They finally canceled the watches so I did not continue to be charged however they said after the lines were canceled they could no longer refund me the 570$ that I should not have been charged. They finally agreed to pay me 270$ on pre paid card and told me no way could I get a refund. The prepaid card arrived with 5$ on it. Liars and cheats. I would give them a zero but I can’t comment with a 0.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive, especially Rebecca and the store manager, Madeline.
These two ladies were extremely professional and patient. They took the time to explain my options and set me up with the perfect phone replacement. Best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in a long time!!
