Beware of their "pre-approval" process. You're told you are "good to go" and when you get there, they say "oh we need this or we need that" and things that they say are required but not for "pre-approval"?? Total waste of everyone's time! Not impressed!

Absolutely the best car buying experience. I was turned down by every dealership and bank for months. Auto Now got me approved in one day with a payment and down payment I was comfortable with. I am forever grateful to Bryan and Auto Now. THANK YOU

Transmission went out after 3 weeks of having the car. I called to ask was there anything they could do with the payments seeing as I had to get a rental after just purchasing the car 3 weeks prior and got the run around for weeks only for them to tell me that I had to continue to make my payments all while not having my car. Their attitude was very dismissive and nonchalant after they sold me a bad car. Had to keep calling over and over during this process because they didn’t return any of my calls then when I spoke with the agent and informed her that I had been trying to to reach her for days to solve this matter she admitted that she had received only 2 of my voicemails but yet no call back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Brian was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC! Super funny, extremely nice, and really great at making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He explained everything well & was able to work with us based on our budget! We greatly appreciate all his help and the kindness from everyone!!!

The amount of time that it took is my biggest complaint. The sales person was pulled in so many different directions. I don’t feel like the proper amount of time or attention was given to customers. However I did get into a vehicle and that is what is most important!

Wouldn’t show us the car unless we got pre approved for financing. Like, quite literally would not even let us LOOK inside the car without having our credit ran. Lady who was helping us was rude and unhelpful. Never in my life has anyone made me get pre approved for something without even looking at it.

I got a car from this dealership and 2 WEEKS after my keys stopped working they were all nice and friendly when I was signing but very dismissive and rude when I needed help. They said it was My fault for the key not working and couldn’t do anything about it I had to spend $260 just to get new keys for the car. The radiator which is under warranty wasn’t working properly and I also had to buy that myself because they kept giving me the run around and it was faster to get it fixed myself. This is the car I take to work and can’t have it in the shop for week until they decide to help. And then they spam you with calls when they need something from you.
