I went in and out of the store three times nobody helps me so I called the store and told him I was outside they still do not come out and help me not a great auto parts to go to people are very rude to their customers

Ordered a part that was supposed to be at the store by 1 and I show up and was told it didn't get ordered in time and told me if I wanted it today I would have to drive to KC to get it. I'll never buy another part from AutoZone.

Ken was so helpful and consistently there the whole way I had to come back a few times and he was so polite! Got me all the tools I needed and even went to the back of the store to get me more options for steering wheel covers for my new truck! He was the most knowledgeable on everything and was sure to look it up if he wasn’t 100% sure and l would say without his help it wouldn’t be that smooth of a process. Very grateful.

I love the staff. I’ve been coming here for the past three years on and off, obviously to try to fix my car with whatever is happening to it lol but this team every time I go, they always go above and beyond what they’re actually paid for to help me with my vehicle. I always forget his name, but I’m proud of him for going on a diet, quitting smoking, and switching to Diet Coke. He always goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me. Also, the short lady with black hair, I don’t know their names. I’m not really good with names. I’ll try better next time, but she is a great help every time and there’s more individual him that much because it’s always straight business very friendly” hello how can I help you? What do you need?” Kind of vibe highly recommend coming here the only AutoZone that goes above and beyond also the one in North Topeka but this one’s my favorite.
