I went here a handful of times over the course of a couple months. Oftentimes when I would ask for a "military-style" medium-skin fade they would fail to properly fulfill my request by messing up the lines wherever my hair stopped. There was one point in which I left with my neckline, quite literally, slanted. The final nail in the coffin for me was when one of their stylists ended up ghosting me. We had an appointment scheduled the day before an event where I needed to have my hair looking clean cut, and when I arrived the store was closed. I called both my stylist and the store itself twice to no avail. I ended up having to make an emergency appointment somewhere else. I only finally received a response from my stylist a week later, where she told me that was not the day we scheduled, despite the fact the messages above proved otherwise. I would not recommend this establishment, and do not plan to visit again.

This salon is so extremely nice and warm and cozy and they do such a great job with my luscious locks. They have great service. They are very kind and welcoming! I recommend this salon if you are looking to get your hair cut professionally and reliably styled. Please visit this salon asap!

Just received the WORST massage I’ve ever had in my life. I was booked for my service with Nicole. The massage started face down which I thought was odd but whatever. The entire time it seemed to be an absent minded massage with one hand. It wasn’t until I turned over and she was absentmindedly massaging my leg with one hand that I opened my eyes and noticed she had her phone in her other hand. Absolutely terrible! And of course I’m non confrontational so I let her finish the last 15 mins (still on her phone no doubt), paid and left. 100% never going back!

My husband got me a spa package here for my birthday. The package he paid for was the Spa Decadence, which includes the following; Shellac Manicure, Spa Pedicure, 1 Hour Hot Stone Massage, Signature Facial, & Shampoo & Style.I arrived around 11:45, my appointment was at 12. Quickly greeted and seated. First look at the inside of the salon, was relaxing and very nice atmosphere and décor. My massage was scheduled first, but I had been scheduled for the wrong massage. Nicole who was the lady doing my massage, immediately apologized and wanted to make it right, (please trust when I say I was not mad that there was a mix up, these things happen.) She went above and beyond, to offer some sort of massage and would reschedule to have me come back at a later time to do the hot stone that was included in the package at no extra cost. But, due to my schedule anytime soon for that wouldn't be promising for me. So, I asked if I could just do a partial massage and then add in a haircut. She was happy with that idea. So, Nicole did an amazing job on my upper deep tissue massage. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. I will definitely return to her again! Next up was my facial. I can't remember her name, but she did an amazing job as well. After, I waited in the lobby for my next service, while waiting I almost fell asleep do to the amount of relaxation I had just endured was ready for a nap! Next up, hair service. Again, can't remember her name, but she did a wash, cut, and style. She took her time and did a fantastic job on my hair. Next was pedicure, and then manicure. Nail services were done by another lady, who was also fantastic.I encountered 4 different amazing talented gals here, and each one made me feel like a brand new gal after each service was done. I most certainly recommend this salon and all their services they have to offer. I will be returning for more.My time spent here that day, 11:45am to 6pm. A perfect relaxing spa day, that everyone should experience.Thank you to everyone that came in the Saturday after Thanksgiving and provided their very best self and work. I have never felt more relaxed than after I had a massage with Nicole. I have chronic back pain, and had tried different types of massages to alleviate my suffering. Unfortunately, none of them helped. Actually some of them caused me more pain. Nicole was so kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and she asked me about my comfort throughout the process. I am going to be investing in many more massages at Bella Salon. Everyone in the salon were friendly and courteous. If you've wasted money on doctors and Chiropractor visits and did not get the results you wanted, please book a massage with Nicole. You'll love this strange reviewer for the rest of your life! ;)

Love this place. Stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Hannah had to fix my hair after I went to another place...it was the cutest ever, They know what is in. And I have difficult super curly hair. I want to wear curly and straight. They know what they are doing. Also Nicole for massages is a dream,
