I absolutely love this store. My Husband and I received help from Camden and Adam today, and they both were AMAZING. Camden was very kind and patient, and Adam was very knowledgeable,kind and patient as well.

They don't deserve one star. Whoever they contract with to deliver is trash too. Didn't bring my hookups for my washer/dryer, and the manager is not helpful at all. Never got refunded for any of the items they didn't bring. I'll never give them my money again. Wth is total tech for smh. A big scam. Then they didn't even put the right name on my computer that they "fixed" god knows what they did to it. Go anywhere else before buying anything from them. I trust Amazon over them for anything and I don't even like amazon!

Just went in to buy a couple of Apple Watches for gifts. Not a single person approached me and I was unable to buy the products. Will never return to this location, and I will be in fact going to Target.

Looking for a tv and sound system for my new home, I was confused and couldn't make a decision. I asked for help and was put into contact with Rojelio (sp?) - he provided outstanding service, went above and beyond to help me. It is hard to find great service like that these days and I truly appreciated the help he gave me.

1) Scummy salespeople.We ordered a list of things all at once for Christmas gifts for family. With this they convinced us to buy their price plan that gives our items a warentee in case anything breaks. Couple of months later one of the things we bought was a PlayStation 5 controller and it recently started drifting. When we took it back to replace it the next salesperson told us that the price plan was bought after our purchase of items. None of the things we purchased were under warentee because the person we bought those things from did not care enough to put it in with our list of items.2) Horrible tech supportMy laptop's USB port became unsoldered and stopped working. I took it to Geek Squad and ask if they could repair it because I'm not confident enough with soldering to do it myself. Their quote was over $1,000, almost matching the price of the computer. when I asked why the charge was so ridiculous it is because their plan was to replace the entire motherboard. I told them no and took it to The Computer Store instead and they fixed it for $45. If you have any technical support go to them, for Best Buy's Geek Squad support do not care about you and will take the most lazy path to achieve it. I promise you it will save you so much.

I had to have the Geek Squad come to my home this morning. The gentleman was Colin. He was right on time and worked out right away what was wrong. My monitor had finally croaked. He recommended two that were in stock in the store, I came in and got it and am looking at it now as I type. Thanks so much for helping a person who is not tech savvy at all.

I went in with the intentions on buying a bigger television. As I was in the television section, numerous staff walked by me, didn't even acknowledge I was there. Didn't ask if I was finding everything ok, nothing. As we were walking out, the three people standing by the door didn't ask if we found everything we were looking for. Which was odd. So.. I will go elsewhere for a television.

The sales people at Best buy will tell you whatever it is. They think you want to hear in order to make a sell. We were told parts were included with a range we purchased, not true. We were told we would receive double points on our Best buy card if we signed up for it and made a purchase that day. Not true as well. I will never be doing business with the best buy in Topeka again. When asked formanagers help, they had no idea what was going on. They said they would follow up and of course they never did Worst ran store ever!!

Went to best buy to get a new cell phone because my S20 broke. What was listed as pick up in store online was completely wrong, prices and availability were wrong. The worker that helped us was lacking in knowledge of the items that they sell. He was friendly though. I would recommend that you do your own research before going in just to be safe. 4 stars

Ordered a fridge from Best Buy and paid to have it delivered. While they were loading it they broke the fridge and failed to call to let me know they had broken it and no one showed up on the delivery date. I ended up spending an afternoon on the phone trying to figure it out myself. We were told they would work with us on getting either the same, very similar, or even an upgrade. When it came to picking something out, they went back on what they said and ended we up picking something completely different. We’ve asked someone to contact us about the whole ordeal but no one seems to care enough to call us back. Communication doesn’t seem to exist here and that truly sad to see.

The Geek Squad man at this Best Buy store quickly fixed an extremely stress-causing problem I was having: my iPhone's battery was failing to recharge when I plugged in a charging cord. Turned out the culprit was grit and lint that had built up inside the phone's charging port. The same Geek Squad guy helped me find two new charging cords, since my original equipment Apple cords were showing signs of wear.Then at the checkout counter, out of curiosity I asked the young lady cashier if Best Buy still sells DVD movies. She pointed me to the appropriate isles, where I was pleasantly surprised to find three movies I've been wanting to buy...which is what I did.All in all, a very satisfying visit to this Best Buy store. (And a tip of the hat to Apple Support's Lindsey who recommended taking my iPhone to this store for inspection and service.)
