The Boost Mobile clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I Door Dash and need reliable Wi-Fi and Boost Mobile’s got me in motion once again. Thanks Boost Mobile!

Young kid refused to help my wife. Didn't get his name, but my wife's SIM card wouldn't work and to port the number out, she needed to be able to receive a phone call (which is impossible without service) so we used my phone to call customer service. Customer service requested to talk to this kid and he said "I'm not talking to them." He eventually talked to them when my wife put customer service on speaker and sat it in front of him. He just needed to tell them the store number. Worst experience we've had with a mobile carrier.
