Staff is rude and will follow you around the store instead of just letting you feel free to shop. Returns are ridiculous as well and they will fight you at every turn. Even if it falls in their 30 day guarantee. I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves a pretty bad one.

I tried to return something at the Topeka location. At this time the manager on duty was Stephanie. I bought the product a week prior and brought it back with nothing wrong with the product. I brought the item back in the exact same condition I bought it with the receipt in hand. She refused to give me a refund even though I had a receipt and instead offered me store credit. I made a return prior to this with no problem with the other manager. So I know she was just trying to be difficult. I called customer service and they agreed that there should have not been a problem and was able to return it just fine. I enjoyed shopping here often but her rudeness has definitely detoured us.

Only wore the shoes for an hour and they refused a return. Shoes are of poor quality, uncomfortable and looked pre-worn after inspecting closer. Woman up front had a poor attitude and talked in a condescending way. I would not recommend shopping here, take yourself to Vanderbilt to get more bang for your buck.

Passing through had to stop, "Q" was awesome to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Riley was a delight to work with as well. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely stopping before I head back home to Wisconsin.

Yall need to learn to like heavy and fat people.... not everyone is shaped like Tim Mcgraw... Luke combs would not even find anything that fit him in this store... Cavenders at least has plus sizes available
