Per Chris manager of sales. The defective jeep that died in less than 30 days with electrical issues, will be purchased back by the dealership giving them more time to fix correctly. They have the luxury of time that I do not. I am however still waiting for the transaction to take place.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!Don't bring your vehicle to this service department, is the worst place I been in. You will regret for sure if you do. I took my truck here to find out what's wrong with it, they told me transmission service has to be done, they supposed did that, they charged me more than $500. My truck still not working properly and I took it to AutoZone and they used the scanner and told me something wrong with my transmission, so I took my truck to a transmission specialist. Transmission doesn't need the service, my truck needs a new transmission and this guys didn't know that? They only make me spend money with them and they didn't did nothing right. They STOLE ME MORE THAN $500.00 and this not included the inspection cost I think it was $130.00I pay all this money for what? For nothing.

Complete waste of time anymore. I expected much better service when driving over an hour away. They hyped up the equity on my vehicle to get me to drive all the way out there only to tell me I would need to put $13000 down on a vehicle with 100,000 miles on it. Then tried selling me other vehicles surely not worth the price. The experience was the complete opposite of what it was back in 2017. I'll never recommend this place again.

If this is the same owner as the dealership in Manhattan ks I don’t recommend buying here. I bought a new truck from them in July I paid more than the msrp on the sticker and after the deal was done I noticed this so I made a bunch of phone calls and texts messages to a friend of mine that was a salesman there and he said he talked to the owner and he was going to write me a check for the difference this happened for about 2 months I have still yet to receive this check I will never do business with them in the future very dishonest and apparently they only care about making a sale I do know other dealerships are selling vehicles about msrp because of the shortage but those dealerships actually have that price right on the window sticker

Just wanted to share my experience with the service department at Briggs Dodge Topeka. My son took his truck in for service March 2. We have a warranty through Alpha warranty co purchased when we bought the truck, not from Briggs Dodge. When they called in the problems on the truck we were told nothing would be covered because it was all due to the serpentine belt. The serpentine had been replaced just 1 month prior so I called and inquire as to how this could be. Apparently when they called it in they made a mistake and didn't tell the warranty co it was due to the water pump going out and causing the serpentine belt to break and get wrapped in the alternator. I then had to file a appeal with the warranty company to fix parts and was still told they wouldn't cover the alternator due to it having been replaced 1 yr ago with Briggs and being under a 2 yr warranty. Briggs said that the alternator only had a 1 yr warranty and it wasn't covered. At this point I thought Alpha warranty was trying to get out of paying for repairs and turned them over to BBB. After much back and forth through BBB I was made aware that when Briggs replaced my sons alternator the year prior they used a remanufactured alternator and were paid by the warranty company for a new one. When my son called to question repairs they offered him $130 for the difference, which we have yet to see. Through the BBB alpha has agreed to make this right and to deal with Briggs. Just wanted to let everyone know apparently they need some close monitoring of what they are telling you and what parts they are getting paid for. This is a bad business practice and I feel terrible that I turned in the wrong company to the BBB. Briggs has not reached out to us to rectify this situation and we have paid over $1500 in repairs which I can only question. If anything is done to make this right this post will be updated.

I received a 1099 from Briggs Auto Group but never received a check paying me the wages stated on the 1099. I called in and talked to Michelle and she gave me a scanned copy of the check that someone signed and deposited to trough their mobile banking app. not sure why I am the one that had to handle this since I was never given the check to begin with. After trying to get it handled for several months and getting nowhere I contacted Briggs again and talked to Eli. Man was this the worst experience I've ever had. Eli told me they paid me so they did their part, even though they never gave me a check. I explained to Eli that my father just passed away and I need the money that is owed to me to help with the expenses so I can make it to Arizona to handle my family affairs. I can't believe the way this has been handled.

Buyer Beware: Full of miscommunications and horrible staff encounters. Found a vehicle on AutoTrader on Thursday afternoon in Topeka- 2009 Dodge caravan, listed on AutoTrader for $9989. Called and spoke to Brittany who quoted me a cash price of $7900, and arranged for the van to be transferred to the Manhattan Briggs so that we could test drive it, and look it over. We were suppose to have it there around 11:30 Friday, and she said that they would call in the morning to let u...

Nope!!! Unprofessional management and staff. Very rude and quick to drop services on you when you call out their half assing no matter if your vehicle is still under warranty. Won’t answer phone calls and will hang up; IF they answer. Will definitely be getting the attorney general involved!

General manager was rude to me on the phone about my warranty issues I took my car in 5 times until they finally replaced a part that was it. They kept on saying we don’t know what’s wrong with it have a good day! I left a bad review on Facebook and they said I should’ve have done that they won’t help me now

I have called sent online texts left messages and cannot get a single call back. The texts say someone will contact me. No one ever does. I paid off my vehicle want to cancel my gap insurance and extended warranties for a refund. So apparently I’m no longer a paying customer and don’t need to be dealt with. This has been going on since 11/15/19. I live in Arizona now do can’t just run over there and act a fool. State insurance commission and attorney general next calls. Dropped the ball Briggs.

I drive an 09 Dodge Ram that I needed to replace heater core. While having dash apart realized I had a broken blend door . Showed up at Briggs on Friday Nov 29th at 430 pm. As it was black friday so it was super slow. The parts guy had one of the most negative attitudes I have seen in awhile. He basically told me the part didn't exist while I was holding it in my hand! Had zero interest in the customer. Overall bad experience. Actually told me to check advance auto. Really? You're the dealer parts house and if you say you can't get it, why could they? Ended up contacting another dealer across the state line that got me taken care of right away. I'm a dodge guy and it's pretty messed up I have to leave the town I live in to get good customer service. I will not go back.
