I was able to drop off my car and get a ride home. When service was done they sent a messsge telling me the estimate and if I agreed. No surprises! When it was done their driver came back to pick me up. It was so easy!

Had a used car checked out and it was fine. Im glad that I got it done because when it comes to buying a used vehicle who knows what can be wrong with it? Well these guys sure put my mind at ease and I thank them for the job they did.

Service advisor did not provide accurate information to mechanic to narrow down the problem to be fixed first day. Second visit still did not give accurate information to warranty company to get the approval to fix car. Service manager calls at 7:20 AM for a follow up call on my complaint. Told me that if I was paying cash, he would have replaced the part initially! Protected his service advisor for making several mistakes and bad decisions for management of a basic standard repair! Took 3 attempts and many missed hours and pay from work to get a starter replaced but yet the service manager, Dennis still supported the adviser that was inept to accurately get the information to the mechanic and warranty company! Service people need to listen to a woman and not just blow smoke when the “experts” certified manufacturer mechanics diagnose a simple 1 time fix!! I would give negative stars if possible because I lost money in wages for a job covered by a warranty!!

I always received friendly and fast service from a team of staff that is always professional and personable. No matter what my issues are. I can always count on Vicki to break down the mechanic lingo and explains things in a matter where I understand. She the best!!!

10 out of 10 don't recommend using them to service your vehicle. My vehicle is still under warranty and had an issue with the engine where it wouldn't stay running. I made an appointment that was scheduled at 7:15 and called on my lunch to find out they hadn't even started on it yet. I was then informed that it wasn't really an appointment but when I was supposed to drop my car off and they would look at it sometime that day. I informed the service person ( who was very rude) that did not constitute an appointment and they should probably inform customers of this when they schedule. I informed them that this was my only car, only to find out that they expect you to pay for a rental car out of your pocket and hope you get reimbursement from Kia, even though it is a warranty issue. Poor service all around, I would recommend driving a little further and going to Lawrence for your service.

They gave me a paper of options when I went in for an oil change. The cheapest option they gave me was around $170. I told them all I want is an oil change and they told me $89.95. I get they’re just trying to make money but when all I asked for was an oil change why do you make it seem like the other stuff is not optional? Also 2 people got there after me and left before me. Not sure what they were there for but I know an oil change is pretty simple so mine shouldn’t have taken 3 hours.

$90 oil change doesn't even include a free tire rotation, that's an extra $25. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the battery was dead and it wouldn't start. They got it running and said it "should be fine". I had no issues with the battery before taking it there, so we'll see how long it holds up now.

I can’t thank Briggs KIA enough for the great service I received my car broke down and I was on the highway the service manager. Alan talked me through what I needed to do to get a coat a tow truck my car was under warranty, so I went through Kia at his suggestion, and within 13 minutes I had a tow truck putting my vehicle on the ramp and they drove me an hour and 10 minutes to Briggs Kia Topeka Kansas. The staff there was very nice and made sure that I was Taken care of. This was on Friday evening and first thing Monday morning they looked at my car. Tried to find the problem cleared the error and called me right away to let me know what they had found and that my car was ready to pick up. I am very grateful and recommend Briggs KIA to everyone!!!!!

Had the oil changed yesterday, picked up at 5p. It sat in the garage all night and in the morning we noticed it was leaking oil. So back to the service dept. We are NOT happy but we will see how this goes.

Our experience at Briggs Kia Topeka was nothing but great. No pushy sales tactics and they listened to us to make sure all of our needs were met. Shout out to Charlie Brown and Jeremy Haney for outstanding customer service. We visited a Kia dealership in Lawrence and we had a horrible experience. Assumptions were made and they completely disregarded that we were there to see a specific vehicle and the type of vehicle that we were seeking.Charlie and Jeremy at Briggs Topeka really stepped it up and gave us an outstanding example of how business should be done. We delivered our check from the bank and I am driving the vehicle that I wanted. Thank you two, we really appreciate doing business with you. Keep it up!

I had my car stolen in New Orleans and after my car was found. I decided to take it to Kia because I'm a owner of a Kia soul and I though I could trust Briggs Kia, well I was wrong. I had a horrible experience they fix my car but they did a crappy messy job that I had to go back to mine own mechanic to find out that there was more stuff wrong with my car. I called Kia to complain and explain why they didn't do what I told them to do and they didn't care and they were blaming insurance even though it was Briggs Kia fault. They lost my 2 foam keys and they told me sorry but we can't find them. After fighting and arguing with them. They Order 2 keys for me but now I have to wait one month for those to get in and then I have to make another trip for them to program my car with the new keys. They don't care about customer services or your car. They just want insurance money or your money and that's it. I will never go back to Them or buy a Kia car.

I typically hate buying a new car (new to me) but I have to say working with Briggs Kia, Topeka especially John and Blake was a very positive experience. They were both very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I will definately use Kia 1st should I need a new car in the future... Thanks John for all your help!

Love Briggs Kia in Topeka,Ks. We have always had great service, and a great crew they have there also. We will go back we love the cars they have, we have just about had every model there is. We will continue to shop for as long as they are open. I give the a 5 star.

Best experience ever buying a car. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff. No hassles and no pressure to buy their extended warranty packages. We test drove two cars and bought the car and out the door in less than 2 hours!
