Probably the last time I will be bringing my Subaru to this Subaru dealership. The last 4-5 times I have had my car serviced here and the customer service is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I have seen the same customer service representative for those times and I repeatedly run into problems on what I request be done to my vehicle. I simply request to have non-synthetic oil be put in my car because it really does not NEED full. I’ve been questioned every single time on my reasoning why that is. I am a paying customer and that’s what I have requested. I have said that every time and the associate always comes back harassing me on why. I then asked if they could add that to my profile so I do not run into this every time I come in. .the problem still persisted so this past visit will be my last. It’s very disappointing because I had bought my car brand new from Subaru and I always have my car serviced at Subaru dealerships. Being Active duty military and moving around often, it’s important to me to be able to trust what’s being done to my vehicle.

Buying my new Subaru at their location in Topeka, was the best experience I've had in buying a car. The salesman, Tim McClean was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I appreciate everything he did in helping me, and there was no pressure or manipulation in the process. The rest of the people who helped were also friendly and helpful to me in the buying process.

Super pleased! I was provided same day service! My tire wasn’t holding air and I had my baby with me, service manager (I believe he was the manager) was amazing! Will definitely be taking my Ascent to them in the future.Update: Rick helped me!

We went in and purchased a new car. The salesman and finance were down to earth gentleman. Treated us with kindness and respectSubaru doesn’t have much wiggle room on their prices, but they seem very fair

I’ve always been treated well when I call Subaru Service department in Topeka, when I physically go in for appointments or stop in. Today Nathan waited on me was professional and pleasant. People in the shop did a great job doing regular service on my car as usual! Thank you all!

The best and most positive experience I’ve ever had buying a car! We worked with Tyler and he was incredibly easy to work with. Got us the exact car that we wanted and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Everyone at Brigg’s Subaru that we talked with was an absolute delight and made the car buying process enjoyable! I highly recommend!

I can’t give zero stars, so I am marking one star. The customer service in the service department is horrific. We were driving on the turnpike going 75 in the far left lane and the car felt love it either shifted itself down to first or neutral. I barely got it to the right shoulder. We dropped our car off Sunday afternoon via tow truck. My wife wanted to talk face to face to tell them what happened, so she took the key fob to them Monday morning. The service guy was upset she didn’t just put the fob in the drop box the night before. She requested a diagnostics to see what was wrong. They didn’t call either of us Monday or Tuesday morning, so I called them and was told the one service guy working was with someone and he would call me back. That never happened. Tuesday after work we went over there and I asked why it hadn’t moved and why we didn’t get called. They didn’t have us in the computer for service and found the fob on the service counter under papers with nothing with it saying what it was for or anything about the car. Wednesday she had a friend driver her over there and they asked why it was still sitting where the tow truck driver dropped it off. They had no answer. The service manager said it was probably cause by a low fuel level in the gas tank. His employee didn’t believe that. We had around 40 miles left before empty. Either way, they didn’t know what was wrong and didn’t care to figure it out. I will say it again, Briggs Subaru service department is horrific. We have been telling everybody about our experience and to stay away from them when getting a car or having it serviced. ZERO STARS ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! =)

Great customer service! I had a question about a concern I mentioned when I dropped off my car for service. The gentleman that attended to my check out did not know if my concern had been addressed and he took it upon himself to personally make sure it had been attended to. I was please with the speed of the service and genuine concern for their customer!I look forward to dealing with Briggs when I have any future work.

My experience with Briggs was excellent. They took me right in at the appointed time, completed the oil change within 40 minutes- I left with a clean car ( thank you!) and the car has been running great ever since!

Brought our car in for service in preparation for trading it in. There were a few issues to get resolved/addressed. Ended up having probably the best experience with a service department ever. That doesn’t mean that everything went off without a hitch, but every issue that came up they went above and beyond to address. Exceptional in every regard!

I just needed an oil change and tire rotation, plus the check-up they do. It seemed a little pricey, but I have no idea how it compares to others. The staff are always nice and I trust that they take good care of my car. They gave my car a good wash and wow, it looked great! They also vacuumed the interior.

Tone, Natalie, and Nathan did a great in assisting me on getting the service I needed. They checked to see what was really needed and did not try to add unnecessary expenses. I feel safe and secure in bringing in my car knowing they will do a thorough inspection. They go above and beyond to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. They still offer complimentary services that most places no longer do. I will be going to them in the future for my future car needs.

We loved working with Barry Martin and Tyler. Barry is very knowledgable about the Subaru and appears to be able to be two or three places at once, his service to us was fast, concise and reasonable. He got right to the point and we like that in car sales. Tyler knows every inch of the car including all the electronic features and spent a lot of time with us explaining the features of our Outback and otherwise. Love the car we bought - an Outback - felt we got the best deal possible. Thanks Barry and Tyler.
