These two gentlemen were wonderful to us and I would recommend them 100%. We were moving our daughter from Topeka to Florida and hit a snag. They bent over backwards to accommodate us!! Thanks again!!

We needed to return a budget truck in Topeka, and this is the location they gave us for the return. We arrived during hours but no one was there and no one answered the phone. There was a note with a cell phone number, called it, left a message, no return call. Not happy!

Terrible experience. Rented online to pickup 2 days later. When I arrived within posted business hours opening office was closed and could not reach by phone. Budget office also attempted to contact owner with no success. Went to Uhaul nearby and rented in minutes. Spend a few dollars more and avoid this business.
