Friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help or explain any needs or questions. Very informative also. Parents have banked with Cap- Fed since 1950's. Always been a pillar in the community.
November 8, 1976: Fourth Topeka branch, 16th office overall, opened at the busy intersection of 29th and Kansas Avenue. Branch manager was Marge Richmond. A unique branch, because it was a savings facility only, referring loan inquiries to other local offices.
