The worst Casey's in topeka, they never have pizza ready EVER. Pizza racks are always empty. The cook is very rude and lazy. Always under staffed. My family doesn't eat Casey's anymore because of the terrible service 😒.

In town for business and I’ve stopped here several days in a row due to convenience. I’ve observed the manager and co-manager provide great customer service and they’re constantly busy tending to the store. They were courteous and it was refreshing to see.

Crystal had a long line and they just kept on coming! Why did Crystal have to check everyone out alone? Employees were all over the place but she was left alone.. she rocked it and she needs better team players and a raise.

What is customer service? Obviously it’s non existent at this Casey’s. I placed an order over the phone and was made to feel like a complete inconvenience. The girl taking my order also didn’t take my name for my order and when I asked if I needed to give her one she didn’t care to listen to me and just told me “well I have to make it”. I arrived to pick my order up and was ignored twice by the girl in the kitchen so I waited in the long line with one cashier just for her to tell me that she doesn’t have a order up at the register and that I need to go ask the girl in the kitchen. I told her I did and she ignored me and then she told me I was just gonna have to try again. Gas and drinks is the only thing this Casey’s is good for apparently

It's noon and they have no single slices of pizza ready. This store is notorious for this. The young man working said he just got there and he didn't know how long of a wait there would be. He had ordered to do.

4+ people working and only 1 person on the register, everytime I go in there. Normally I don't complain but damn, today there were 13 people in line waiting. Looked like Walmart. Get it together.

AJ and Kin were very nice to me, helped when I couldn't fine something and overall very sweet!
They make happy to come back and should be recognized for it!!

Clean location. Nice to have a local convenience store near my house in case I need anything when other places are closed. Only reason for 3 stars is there is always a line and it's never a quick trip in and out. They seem short staffed all the time.

Only one register open every single time I come into this Casey's there's always six people standing in line they're pizza always sucks at this location The cigarettes don't ring up for the right price The lady doesn't know how to run the register it's a total crap show at that Casey's worst Casey's I've ever been to

I honestly hate complaining! I usually just let it go and just go on about my day but i feel like i should finally speak up. So I usually come in almost every morning to grab my food for the day because i have to be at work by 6am. Here recently I have came in the grab a slice of breakfast pizza but there's never any out. I look forward to that because it has protein an I personally am not supposed to have lots of sugars like donuts, ect. I would really appreciate it if this could be fixed. Like i said before i hate complaining but i just didn't know where else to turn. Thank you!
