The food was OK, but like most restaurants, it's precooked, prepackaged food that you heat in the microwave or simmer on the heating elements all day.

It was so crowded , the servers were forced friendly and the food looked microwaved. Nothing tastes great and it cost a small fortune for mediocre portions of average food. Would rather spend my money supporting a local business

Ordered through Uber Eats. The ribs were completely overcooked and dryed out. It's a shame someone allowed that to go out the door.

I'm very happy with my experience in Chilis today. We ordered salsa and chips and it was delicious. I decided to go with the Nashville hot chicken tenders and it comes with fries and a side of macaroni. Sides were tasty but when I took a bite of my Nashville hot tenders I tasted the salt more then the flavor and the salt was overpowering even if I dipped it into my ranch. I didn't want to say anything about it but there was no way I could eat that so I brought it up to my waitress attention and she gladly took my dish back and let me pick out something else and I went with a crispy chicken sandwich to go. Thank you so much for doing that and I am so sorry about sending my dish back but I love going to chilis and this was the only time I ever had to deal with something like this there. It's no problem though because they had no problem fixing it. :)Kid-friendliness: Another thing I like about this place is that they have crayons and activities for your kids to scribble on or do behind their kids menu. They even have a tablet to keep your kid busy when your waiting on your food.

This is the best Chili's I've been to. The servers must really care about quality of product. I've been to Chili's I won't return. This is what Chili's is supposed to be.

The food was pretty good, waitress was attentive, and just overall a nice place to eat. The prices were a little higher than I was happy with for the food though but still satisfied overall.
