I had a clutch pedal that would not retract properly on a 2002 Camaro with only 57K miles on it. I went to Chris on a recommendation from my regular mechanic because he specializes in drive train issues.Chris was very up-front and honest with me. He told me it would involve pulling the transmission so it wasn't going to be cheap but he would save me money anywhere he could. Estimate was $600 to $1600 depending on what he found when he got into it. Well, the clutch was shredded. I won't go into the technical parts, but it was in need of a total clutch rebuild. While the car sat so long, the regulator on my power window went bad so I asked him to just take care of that since it was already in the shop. The car was done in only a couple days, AHEAD of schedule before I asked him to do the window...At any rate, he STILL came in under the "Worst case scenario" bid AND he just charged me for the parts on the window motor, no labor. I was out of there for a hair over $1500 and the quality of the work was the BEST PART. The car shifted smoother than it did brand new off the show room floor! My wife's Toyota RAV 4 blew an engine right after this, so I knew where I was taking it. It is currently there. He is taking the time to replace the rear main and oil pan gasket while it is out of the car to keep me from having problems down the road.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Services: Transmission

I was referred to Chris by my regular mechanic when the family car (2003 ****** Rav 4) overheated and the engine seized. He did GREAT work and is honest and up-front on prices. He goes the extra mile doing things like replacing the rear main seal on the used engine he put in while it was already out of the car to save a potential expensive repair later on, among other things. I went back to him a few months later when I was having problems with the clutch on my 2092 ******. He ended up rebuilding the clutch and again didn't simply replace parts, but upgraded them to LAST. Highly recommended!

Mr. Foster was professional and polite, his assistant gave courteous and prompt answers to our questions. Repairs were low cost, satisfactory, quick and efficient. When other mechanics were booked up, we googled a reputable auto mechanic which was available at that time. Good service!

Had a great experience. Chris was very helpful, did the work half the cost of the dealership, and was efficient. Would go back again.
