“Staff always have a positive attitude and greet you even whilst helping other customers! A nice selection of clothing for pretty much everyone, even as a second hand store. They tend to have nicer, name brands and a decent selection. Toys, accessories and baby equipment are clean and in complete sets. A nice selection of books as well as seasonal items and clothing!”

The website is useless on sizing so I prefer to go in person. If you don't see a size or color on the shelf, the staff has always offered to check the back for me.
I've also had good luck ordering online and shipping the items to the store (since an employee let me know it was free to ship that way). They were very understanding when I had a family emergency and couldn't come pick up my items for a few weeks.
I do think a lot of the pants are better for tall people, unless you alter them. And often the skirts are better for the shorties. Since they are often shorter than this mom would like. But each of us can still find age appropriate items.
My family (preteen to 40s, sizes XS to L) always find cute and affordable clothing at the Westridge Francescas.”
“Was looking for matching Hawaiian shirts for me and my sons. When I called and asked the lady, she told me she would set out a few for me to see. She brought out, before I got there, about a dozen choices, and made it a very quick and easy process as I was short on time. Earned my business for sure.”
