“There are nothing but good things i have to say about HHHS!! Their kitties and pitties program is a great idea to help control the population of animals, and helps with ppl like me that cant really afford a vet, but want their pit neutered. They are amazing when your in need for a lil help til payday for cat or dog food and sometimes cat litter. I could just keep going on, but im mostly thankful for my beautiful Ariel we adopted from there. We've had her now 3 years.”
“This store is amazing. It is very affordable and you can find almost anything you may need. I appreciate the fact that their prices are fair and not over inflated like some thrift stores have become.”
“This is a great resource for our community that's centrally located where you can get food every 30 days and clothing every 3 weeks. They've always been kind to those I bring in with needs”
“Thanks for testing me today. Cheyanne and Sarah made me feel comfortable and understood my anxiety and concerns with my conditions. The test was free but I’m going to send them an online donation. I’d encourage anyone to pay them a visit and get tested for what ever reason. The place smelled good. Incense perfumed the air. Very sensual. Thanks again!”
“My son just adores going to CAHS. His teacher Mrs Veronica is amazing. My son always talks about her and how nice she is. He has been learning and doing very well!”
“I've found tons and tons of great books here over the years, all at prices cheaper than buying them at Barnes & Noble. Unfortunately, the pricing can be a bit confusing. Rather than having a flat price for each category (x for hardcovers, y for paperbacks, z for DVDs) like virtually every other library booksale I've every come across, this place prices each individual book. Some that I've come across were $10 or $12 each! The DVDs are even more erratic. One I found recently was $24! TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS!!! Barnes & Noble sells complete tv seasons for less! This pricing policy prevented a five star rating.”
“I first became acquainted with Capper Foundation in November 2015 shortly after moving to Topeka. Over the years, my affinity for its mission grew as I witnessed the life-changing impact of their mission from pediatric therapies to adult day and residential services. Their staff is incredible. As a donor, I am continually impressed by Capper's stewardship with at least 92% of their total budget going directly into programs and services. They have earned their 11th consecutive 4-Star rating from Charity Navigator and are a Gold level non-profit on GuideStar.”
“CRC is a wonderful resource for the neighborhood. I know if many of their services, & learn about new ones often. Staff are great, very helpful, non- judgemental.”
“This organization has upgraded it's staff and has a new Director who, along with their very caring staff is striving to provide essential services to people struggling with mental health issues and may also be homeless. This is not an easy task and with a limited budget is even more difficult. The staff presses on every day despite the physical, emotional and intellectual challenges they face every day in hopes of making our world a better place for their clients to live!”

“kind and compassionate care for my Grandma. I also received grief counseling years ago and the two ladies were wonderful. wouldn't recommend their grief counseling now. but they did a great job with my Grandma and the chaplain was terrific. my father also used to be a chaplain there.”

“Just left there 12 days ago. While trying to make a decision that would help me get away from my husband... they were there. I was suicidal. They listened and supported me ?.”
“I’m going to give them 4 stars because they are amazing when it comes to my Child, they’re very helpful especially when it comes to children. Unfortunately, the reason why I didn’t give them five stars is because I thought it was a family servicing guidance center therefore, I thought I could be seen and treated too as well along with my son but unfortunately, I have to go to a different provider because they do not treat adults unfortunately. Just wanted to give some of the families, a heads up if they kinda thought the same thing as me”
