Heather, who works at the drive through is so sweet! She always gets me exactly what I want, is smiling even when she works alone, is fast and efficient. You better keep her! Better yet, give her a raise! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Been with corefist for 12 years great service would not switch banks for anything if you have a problem you may have to go to main bank on Topeka but they will fix it may GOD bless all of them from everything they've done for me

Been banking here for at least 10 years. The customer service is not good anymore, whatsoever. As someone who works in the service industry, there’s no reason to act annoyed when someone comes to your place of work. Fake a smile till I’m gone at least. Very disappointing.

I would never chose to use this bank for my own personal banking. Especially this location I seemingly have the most problems with. I use them to deposit my rent check and every time state the account number is on the check and every time it seems to blow their mind like it’s the hardest thing they’ve done all day. Several employees have acted this way. I can’t be the only one having this experience.

Every time I go to this branch usually there is a very sweet and professional young lady who cashes my check. She always is kind and I'm pretty easy with what I am needing to get done there so she knows me and always greets me. My family banked here growing up and we have always been pleased. This location is convenient and I usually stop by the coffee shop afterwards.

This company has been f'ing mess from the start. They made getting a loan easy, but tried multiple times to set me up with a working account online and we repeatedly failed to get my credentials to let me in my account. As a result I have to make payments in person. Today one of their locations closed 6 minutes early, I drove all the way into town to their listed 24-hour location, and when I get there there's two signs on the window, one says it's open, the other says it's closed and nobody inside is responding to the drive thru teller button. Lights are on inside. Phone lines are down since customer rep centers are closed.Under the drive-thru open sign, it says regular branch hours in smaller text. According to Google this should be 24/7.
