Dr. McIntosh and the nurses are all so kind and wonderful. They're responsive and handle all issues efficiently. I'll never take my kids anywhere else.

We see Dr. Macintosh and Angela Baird. They're both great and very kind without judgement. They always have helpful suggestions for when I need advice and we appreciate the extra educational materials they've provided us during well visits. The whole staff is patient and sweet with my son. I think he feels very comfortable going here. We also love that they've been great with covid-19 protocols throughout this whole pandemic.

We switched our son to this location because it's closer to us and we wanted him to be seen by Dr. McIntosh. Our first couple of visits went so smooth and we were loving the clinic! Unfortunately he wasn't able to see his regular pediatrician last visit, and due to an error on their part during scheduling, he is unable to see McIntosh again! I wouldn't have a problem with it if I liked the other Dr but I found her extremely unhelpful. Now I'm being told his pediatrician has no openings until JANUARY, past his 3yr check up!!! It's very disheartening as a parent when you want the best care for your child and you arent treated like you're valued.

My son hurt his elbow and my wife took him in to find out its nursemaids elbow, issue was fixed and a day later DCS shows up at my door and says allegations for possible child abuse was made. Congratulations, im now looking into the possibility of a suit against this facility and doctors.

My well child visit was refused this morning because he turned 2, 2 days ago and won't keep a mask on. We have been trying but he doesn't get it. And the worst thing is they gave him an adult mask. Well that scares kids. Also he was just wanting to breastfeed. This is so stupid. He was born 6 weeks early so technically he's not even 2 yet adjusted again. And has medical problem being a premie. They have seen and worked with him since baby. This is ridiculous. The thing that makes me the maddest is for once in his life he was sleeping in and woulda kept sleeping. I even called this morning and they said nothing. I coulda slept in. I lost my crap. That was my last straw. They can't learn in 2 days to wear mask especially when we haven't gone anywhere. This happened at cotton O'Neal pediatric. Just be where. They don't care about your kids or respect your time.
