This is a "don't judge a book by it's cover" shopping experience. We have shopped here multiple times, for mattresses, rugs, and couches. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but we got great prices and never had any issues with the things we bought!

All is trickling in separately we're still waiting for our lamps. We ordered a couch, love seat, coffee and 2 side tables and the 3 lamps in early April and made payments before receiving the couch and love seat about 2 weeks ago. We had to go pick up the tables after paying a $150 delivery fee. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks which was reasonable after they explained a truck driver shortage? The tables are very low quality and have a wood look sticker on the top because there's a few scrapes and a small piece was peeled up. Very cheap! The couch and love seat are nice though. And I'm not sure what our lamps even look like because we didn't have any options there? We we're offered some off the floor but who wants lamps touched by hundreds of people when you're paying for new ones?

Bob is a nice guy and I like my furniture. That being said I don't have high opinions on the manager Jeff. To start we got the run around when we bought the furniture for our delivery. Then he forgot to submit our warranty paperwork for the extended warranty we bought. We had some issues with our furniture and we were told they would take car of it. Started calling last October or November, called every couple of weeks and were told they haven't forgot about us and it would be taken care of. It's now March and we still never got our repairs done. Have a lot more needs they offer but most likely won't be back.

The furniture is good Quality and fair priced.. ONLY thing that discouraged me was that we wanted to purchase a new couch and the salesmen said it would take 6 weeks to come in!!.. I don't know if it's like that with other furniture there or not.. but that left a sour taste in my mouth..

BUYERS BEWARE!!!If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Not only does the outside of the building look absolutely disgusting, the inside isn't much better. Maybe if you're already living a messy lifestyle you won't mind getting furniture that sits in this gross environment.What makes things worse, is the owner is extremely unprofessional and just as gross as he keeps his store. If ordering online or by phone, there is NO mention of his No Refund policy. Only after you place a deposit and the money comes out of your bank account, does that policy show up on your receipt. That was the case when my girlfriend attempted to order a couch from here. She placed that order a year and a half ago, during that time she made several calls to check on the couch. Her last conversation with the owner, he acted bothered that she was calling so often and told her she didn't need to call so much, that he would call her once the couch came in.Apparently that couch DID come in, and has been sitting in that disgusting space for some time. We didn't find that out until finally being fed up with waiting and going in there in person. We went to get the $300 deposit back as my girlfriend decided she no longer wanted to do business here - understandably so. He could not produce a receipt of her order, he in fact had to go off the one SHE had on HER phone. This was no fault to her, this is on HIM. Yet he refusing to do the right thing, and give back her deposit. Instead, wanted her to put that towards something else in his store, nothing in that gross place would be worth even the $300. Just wanted the money back. I have no idea how this place stays open - extremely unprofessional and absolutely filthy building. He obviously has people padding his review rating because there is NO way he should have more than 1 star.SHOP ELSEWHERE.

REALLY think about the decision before you buy from here. What is not made clear if you are searching on the website or making an order by phone is there are NO REFUNDS, no matter if anything goes wrong, even if it's their fault, there are NO REFUNDS. I ordered a couch a year and a half ago, I called them a lot to keep checking on it, over and over I was told it had not arrived yet. After a year and a half of waiting I decided to go with someone else. I called them on 03/08/2023 to tell them I wanted to cancel the couch order and I wanted my $300 back I had put down on the couch, money was required just for him to order it. There was no answer, so I thought I'd just go to the store to talk to him. I find out the couch had been there for a while, and he NEVER called me. The entire time I was there he never produced the physical receipt/"contract", which I assume he must have lost, he relied on me, the customer, to show him the receipt that he had texted me a year and a half ago. He kept saying "if you'd just called recently, I could have told you it was here". It is NOT my responsibility to baby YOUR order, and for $300 I deserved a phone call when it arrived. If you lost track of my order, or lost track of the receipt/"contract", that is on you. This was NOT my fault and should not be placed on me in any way. Completely unprofessional.

Financing available, no credit checks? NOT TRUE AT ALL. Your made to apply for a credit card that will tell you declined if your credit card limits aren't high enough and you rent instead of own your home.

We bought furniture that included a ottoman from this business last July 2021 and still have not received the ottoman. Always have an excuse and tell us they will call when it comes in. This is Ashley furniture and the furniture mart says they are not sending out Ottoman's at this time, but after talking to other furniture store's I found out this is simply not true. Do not Make the mistake of trading with these people. There store is crowed and dirty. One time we went in and one of the owners was laying on the couch sleeping and the other was in the bathroom. Bob the one on the couch kept hollering at Jeff in the bathroom to come out and take care of us. Very unprofessional behavior. When my husband went in the bathroom after Jeff he said their was a syringe laying by the sink. This is a public restroom. Do not trade with these people. I could say a lot more that we saw but just want the ottoman after 10 months of waiting

Shady place always changing prices. knew a person who rented their unsafe upstairs and that was not up to code and changed rent prices on multiple people...will never walk in that building again. stay away.

Was greeted upon entering the store. Ended up talking with Nick about the current sale. He looked up the item we wanted to ensure they had them in the warehouse. Mybwife and I decided to get them with Nick as our salesman. Fantastic customer service from him, quick transaction. Will definitely be back towards with Nick when redoing our next room.

I share a lot of the same sentiments as Shyla. It took us pestering them to finally get them to deliver our order that we paid in full up front. The communication around everything was less than ideal and they ended up sending us the wrong color. We tried to be patient knowing that Covid would shake things up a bit, but the only communication we got was when we went out of our way to contact them. I would advise anyone to not order from here unless you are looking forward to little to no communication.
