I keep getting the message "cellular network not available for voice calls!". Can't even text right now!! Undependable. Have been to the store 4 times trying to solve this!

My car got stolen along with my phone. I arrived at Cricket to get things taken care of and the two ladies that were working (KAREN & CYNTHIA) went above and beyond to help me and treated me like family!!!! They helped show me how to locate my device using Google and Samsung. They were able to patiently answer every single question I had and worked with me to set up my new phone. THERE IS NO WAY they could have done better, been more knowledgable, or more kind!!! Karen and Cynthia are two star emloyees that deserve the recognition!!!! and a pay raise!!! I have NEVER EVER been to a business where they treated you this well and got you taken care of this well!!! They made my terrible day so much better!! THANK YOU KAREN AND CYNTHIA!!! Store#80338163

After 4 years I switched from metro to cricket. Cynthia was an amazing help . She spent over 2 hours with me helping me get qualified for the government program and transferring all my info from my old phone to the new one I got a iPhone for the first time and I didn't like it nothing wrong with it I just like android better because that's what I'm use to but I was able to return it the next day and get a different phone and again Cynthia transferred all the info over to the other phone so far I would say the the phone service is a little better than metro if you're thinking about switching to a new provider I would highly recommend this place

Went to get a phone upgrade after pre-shopping on the Cricket webpage. The phones in the store we were looking at were 40-50% more than the online price. Confirmed with Cricket customer service that retailers should be selling phones at the online prices. The employee in the store was either unable or untrained in how to make any adjustments. Clearly against their own company’s policy per our communication with Cricket. I called the retailer in Lawrence and they quoted me the online price.
