The associates at my CVS Pharmacy are always polite and answer any questions in a professional manner. The only complaint is that sometimes there are not enough staff to take care of the customers who are waiting in line. Overall we are very satisfied with our CVS Pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy employees. They were very friendly, very professional, & very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long, everything was explained to me, & the gentleman that assisted me went above & beyond. This is definitely my new family pharmacy ♡

This pharmacy is always super busy and that’s not their fault, last time I went I was having issues with my prescriber getting the script over since there was a shortage of my meds, everytime I went in the manager back there helped me very patiently despite the line behind me, a person named Sam also helped me when I called in stressed, they told me they’d call back in an hour when they had an answer to my question, then did call me back with the info, very helpful!!

Completely unwarranted rudeness from the pharmacy associate over the phone around 3:15pm today the 14th of December. Her tone was just ugly from the moment she picked up the phone. She was condescending in the way she assured me that my aunts information did not exist in their system even though I have been picking up my aunts prescriptions from CVS in Topeka for years. I was easily able to find answers with absolutely no issues or rudeness when I called the location on 21st and Gage.

I honestly never thought it possible that a pharmacy would actually make WalMart pharmacy look good. Thank you, CVS, for proving me wrong. They lose info, they dont get prescriptions right, then try to resurrect prescriptions I havent used in months. The CONSTANTLY dont call my prescriber to re activate subscriptions that for some reason no one can figure out have lapsed (although my original scrip shows 6+ months left), even though they specifically asked my permission to do so. They dont call to let me know that for some reason they cant renew, when they should be able to. WalMart did, CVS...no. Wait times are up and down. They dont get quantities correct! They are AWFUL, in every way. If I could give a 0 star, I would! Sadly my insurance is through State of Kansas, so I have to get my meds from CVS. Trying to get the State to change this seems impossible!
